The Perfect Getaway - Steps to Beach and Pool!

Oceanfront, First Floor Condo, for the Perfect Getaway! Located on the south end of Amelia Island in the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club, this is an ideal spot for escaping, teleworking, or distance learning with free high-speed internet. Enter directly—no elevators or shared spaces! Enjoy the stunning sunrise and the convenience of a ground-floor condo with easy access to the beach and pool. Take the dune walkover to soak in the beautiful blue Atlantic. The primary bedroom features a King bed and a private patio. The living room has a sleeper sofa suitable for a small adult or 1-2 small children. We supply two beach chairs and towels. There are two TVs with cable and streaming, plus a DVD player and library. Includes both a standard coffee pot and a Keurig.

Please note that there are stairs on the way to the beach, which may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. When you return home from shopping or sightseeing, enjoy your private patio surrounded by lush landscaping. What a nice place to enjoy a snack, sip a glass of wine, or read a good book. There is a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals and a lovely living room. The large Main suite has a King-sized bed, HDTV, and access to a private patio. The bath boasts a beautiful walk-in shower.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Rental Agreement - Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties.

Guest Instructions - will be sent 7 days before arrival, provided the agreement has been signed, and all payments are complete. If you need information prior to this, we are happy to help.

OwnerRez - We use a booking system called OwnerRez, and you will receive communications through this platform.

Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.

Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges occur; otherwise, the hold will be released seven days after you leave.

Parking - There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles, campers, boats and trailers are not permitted.

Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.
