Lovely property. Only complaint is parking. The spots are very small making it difficult to park a large vehicle.

My daughters and I visited Charleston for the first time. The Pearl Suite was perfect for us. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were nice, and we enjoyed the spacious living room area after a day of exploring. I loved that there was a keypad lock on the outside of the apartment building and also one on the door used for the entrance of our apartment. I felt safe with my girls the entire trip. King street is a short walk. There are a lot of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed Daniela’s Downtown for coffee in the mornings. It was right around the corner. We also enjoyed Buzz Bull Creamery for ice cream in the evenings. It was about a 13 min walk. Uber drivers met us at the corner outside of The Pearl Suite without any problems. The house is over 100 years old. At night I could hear people walking above us, but each room had a sound machine so it didn’t bother us. The neighborhood was very quiet. The hosts were amazing. They kept me informed from start to finish. I had a few questions and somebody got back with me very quickly. I would recommend The Pearl Suite.

Had everything we needed

Great space with everything we needed for our bachelorette trip! Comfy couch area, updated bathrooms, excellent kitchen, and comfy beds. Would definitely recommend this stay.

The property was clean, in a good location, and good communication with host

The Pearl Suite was perfect for our group. It was located close to the shops and restaurants. The property and accommodation itself were clean. And the host communicated quickly and frequently. Highly recommend this listing.

The host was accommodating and home was comfortable. The only thing missing were TVs in the bedrooms and maybe some hooks/additional furniture in the smaller bedrooms for hanging/storing items.

Unit was clean and well appointed. First floor unit was just steps from designated parking. Convenient to plenty of restaurants.

Overall is was a lovely stay and appreciated how responsive the management company was. It was spacious and comfortable. Only feedback is that there was a really strong cleaning solution smell for several days and someone else kept parking on our parking spot. Bathrooms could use new shower liners (they were falling off) and a bit of a refresh (holes in the wall) I would also change out the Damprids as they were full!

The rooms were clean and maintained. The pictures were accurate. We did have a few issues and didn’t get a response from the host until after we checked out. They were willing to work with us after the fact. The unit is on the first floor(street level) and the blinds do not cover/close completely. It was a little unsettling at night.Parking is very tight but doable. The property outside is not inviting and made us think twice when we arrived late at night for check-in.

The accommodation was well kept and very clean. Plenty of towels. Very safe neighborhood. We were pleased and enjoyed our stay.

We wanted a roomy place that was not in the middle of all the action yet wasnt too far of a walk or quick Uber/Lyft ride from things and this place met those requirements. We had a few simple questions during our stay and they were reaponded to very quickly which we also appreciated. We would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay

Overall, we had a positive impression of the property. The hallway shower had low water pressure, but the primary bedroom’s shower more than made up for it—almost to the point of being too powerful! Parking was extremely tight, and upon arrival, heavy rain had caused the street to flood, which made parking even more challenging. To make matters worse, another vehicle was taking up two spaces. Thankfully, communication with the host was prompt and helpful, and they assisted in resolving the parking issue quickly. In the end, we enjoyed our stay and experienced no major problems.

One shower was not functional. Told the property manager we would get by with the other shower so we were not juggling a time that would work for repair. They entered the property without my consent, fixed the shower and never said anything to me. I only knew because I checked the shower the next day and it was working. Reached out to property manager and she confirmed they entered without consent. The dishwasher never worked. We all ended up with bites everywhere so fairly certain there are also be bugs. Overall not very pleased.

The best communication! That was a plus. We loved our little getaway and the old world charm of this manor home. We had everything we needed for our trip. Some cool little eateries/ coffee within walking distance. We felt very safe and the neighbors were super nice. The other big plus was having one of the best hospitals right down the street in case it was needed. Would recommend and definitely will stay here again.

We had a great trip. The condo was on-point as described. We had an A/C issue when we arrived. The communication was excellent and we were swiftly moved to an available unit. While this unit was of lesser quality they compensated us for the difference in value and inconvenience.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Pearl suite. There was four of us, we found the kitchen was fully operational with respected dishes, silverware pots, and plant although we didn’t cook. It was nice to know the option was there for use.Additionally, the house as a hole was very clean and very well furnished.With respect the towels and washcloths and bathrooms, spare linens for the bed if needed, plenty of TV options with channels for night time.What I personally appreciated was how well and detail the check-in service was. We had no issues we had come from out of state and access to the premises. Based off the instructions provided made getting in seamless.We found it to be very centrally located for everything that we had planned to be doing.I would strongly recommend the Pearl Suite is a place to stay with family and friends

This was incredible place to stay in Charleston. A/C and the fans in the bedrooms during summer time were great. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. If there was one minor upgrade that could be made would be curtains in the bedrooms. There are blinds. We loved it and would return here for our next trip to Charleston.

Plenty of space in living room and kitchen for our group (4 people). Beds were very comfortable. It's about a 10 min walk to King Street, but this area is so cute and we felt very safe. LOVED staying here!

The Pearl at Morrison Manor was just that - a pearl. Great location, plenty of room for 2 couples and a toddler, and a great coffee shop just around the corner. We had everything we needed and the folks living in the neighborhood were so nice. We loved our short stay and hope to return soon. Perfect getaway for us!

We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment proportions, decor, furnishings and supplies very generous. It was surprisingly quiet given units upstairs and hardwood floors and within walking distance of the visitor center and many of the city’s attractions and shops. Everything worked, plenty of hot water, good AC and lovely linens. Only negative - mattresses are a bit tired and compressed (divots). Great communication with the manager. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

We had a great stay. The property was clean and just as described. Although we didn’t use the kitchen it appeared to have everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The only negative is the parking situation. There is one small space per unit and no available on street parking. We managed but I could see it being a problem if you have a large vehicle.

Easy traveling from airport about a 20 min ride. Without a car it wasn't very easy to get around. The reviews I read said king st was close enough to walk to but you couldn't there was a highway you had to go on. The house itself was clean but very musty smelling. We were on the first floor and you can hear everything from upstairs. Squeaky floors . Only one tv

Excellent experience. Check in and communication were great! Parking is tight, but did not present any real issue. Property is well maintained, clean, and appointed appropriately. It’s a decent walk to “downtown”, but the free bus is within a half mile stroll. Would definitely recommend!

The parking is undesirable. If you drive a VW Bug could all tenants park there.

Apartment was super. The property was very clean and bright. The very thing worked as it should. There was no wear and tear. Many VRBO properties have signs of defects, that was not the case here. i would highly recommend

When we arrived at the Pearl Suite, we were taken aback by the conditions of the outdoors. There were bottles, cans and trash on the ground and they weren’t picked up for a few days. Parking was very tight. Upon entering the building, we noticed that the hallway had not been cleaned. Once inside, it was freshly cleaned. All rooms were nicely appointed. Interesting, though, the unit can sleep 6 but there are only three counter stools and not enough utensils. One of the reviews was right when it said that noise, from the upstairs suite, was loud. We encountered it every night but one. Although negative, the four of settled in nicely. The suite provided a good atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. We would go back if minor details were addressed.
