This property provides potential access to a shared community pool operated by the condominium association. The host does not manage or supervise the pool. Lifeguard presence is not guaranteed. Guests assume all responsibility when using the pool and must supervise children at all times.

Guests will have access to the entire 2nd level - 2 bedroom home with 3 beds during their stay unless otherwise noted.

Self check-in via smart lock, and instructions will be provided prior to arrival.



Getting Around:

It's easy to access restaurants and destinations by walking or by car. The condo is near casinos, the boardwalk and many walkable attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.



We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.
