Stayed Oct 16, 2025Perfect stay for our F1 weekend at COTA! The unit was very clean, modern, and well equipped. It was located on the 3rd floor with a nice balcony for an evening glass of wine or morning coffee. Walking distance to many restaurants and just a few minute drive to abundant shopping and many more dining options. It was a perfect choice and we would definitely recommend!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025We absolutely loved our stay. Enjoyed the convenience of restraunts within walking distance. Only a 15-20 minute drive to comal tubes, Landa park and Gruene. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024We come to Texas alot to see family and always end up a little farther than we would like. Location was spot on for us! Not only that you have like a 3 minute drive to alot of big box stores and restaurants like you working believe! If you are a Bucces fan it’s right down the street. Location aside. Beautiful condo! Very clean and well stocked!!! Master Bath is huge!! Two bedrooms/two full bathrooms, spacious for two people. We loved it and this will definitely be our goto from now on!!! Didn’t go into the pool but that looked super nice too. Very quiet. What I would recommend is a blind on the window at the front door. People can easily see in but that is minimal. Thank you for a great stay!!

Stayed Aug 29, 2024The area is great with lots of shopping and restaurants. We loved the modern design and the pool! A coffee shop, ice cream shop and Mexican restaurant is right across the street and all were enjoyed by my family.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Really nice property, best place we've stayed in New Braunfels. Well appointed kitchen, clean and modern appliances. Bathroom had lots of space. Bed was very firm, but comfortable. Pillows a bit flat for my preference. Our unit was on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator, which was nice for carrying luggage in and out. I appreciate the gated parking and the designated parking spots, so our car was safe and we always had somewhere to park. Would definitely stay again next time we visit New Braunfels.
