Out here, you'll also find seasonal outdoor seating nestled in the aspens and pines—private, peaceful, and so close to the action you can watch skiers from your balcony.
Now, full transparency: being this close to the lift means you might hear a few snowcats at night grooming the trails. But when you're rolling out of bed and onto first chair while the rest of town is still lacing up boots, it's a small trade-off. Trust us—it's worth it.

Downstairs is where everyone rests their heads. The primary suite features a king bed, a walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and its own private patio that opens to ski-in/ski-out access. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private patio too—because, yes, this condo is full of surprises—and a bathroom just outside the door. The third bedroom features a full-size bed and a separate full bathroom across the hall. All three bedrooms offer clothing storage, cozy linens, and space to decompress after a day in the mountains.

The loft upstairs is the ultimate bonus space. Two twin beds, some comfy beanbags, and just enough separation to make it feel like its own little retreat. Great for kids, teens, or anyone who loves being perched above it all.

Additional perks The Snowcreek clubhouse is just a short walk away and offers access to a seasonal pool, hot tub, and shared laundry room. (So yes, you can pack light.) There's also a ski rack and coat storage at the front entry to keep all your gear organized.

And in the summer You're steps from the Sun Valley Pavilion, walking distance to Dollar's scenic hiking trails, and just a short stroll to the Sun Valley Village. Downtown Ketchum is an easy five-minute drive or bike ride away.
