Stayed Dec 18, 2025Marcos was quick to respond to emails/texts and very easy to work with to complete the reservation. The condo was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and heated to perfect temperature. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Dec 18, 2024We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. It was very well equipped, stocked, clean and in a great location. We love to sit outside so the screened lanai was a bonus. Perfect hosts. We would definitely recommend this property and we are hoping to return again soon.

Owner was brilliant on the one occasion we had to contact him. The residents were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this property

Stayed Mar 1, 2023Very nicely appointed condo. Had everything we needed for our stay. Loved sitting on the screened in lanai to drink my coffee in the morning and read my book! The lanai is facing the east, and comfortable anytime of day! A close 1/4 mile walk to pool. Many trails and sidewalks to ride bikes.

Stayed Oct 2, 2022Great condo with everything you could need. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils/pots/pans and storage. It has both a coffee maker with a pot and a Keurig! Lovely screened lanai overlooking the small lake and fountain. Really nice gated community feels very safe. Short drive to downtown Naples. Brand new large TV in main living area and as well as TVs in both bedrooms. Owner is very responsive and very nice to work with. We had to evacuate our own house due to Hurricane Ian and he was very accommodating. Definitely recommend this place!
