Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th time renting through 30A Luxury Vacations and everything was great as usual. Professional, concise communications and this property is close to the town center so very convenient. It’s a little further from the beach as we usually stay south of 30A. The rental is large, clean, and the decor is lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Three bedroom with spacious bathrooms, nice porch and living room. We stayed off season and were disappointed that we could not get in a few hours early when no renters before us and unable to use the beach access after check out .

We have stayed in homes in Rosemary before and were concerned we would lose some of the appeal by using a condo. Fear not - IT WAS AMAZING. The home fit our family wonderfully. It will be our first choice when we come back this spring!

But when I reached out to the rental company with a question I couldn’t ever get anyone to respond. Also, the unit was lovely but the bedrooms got very warm and never cooled off enough during our stay.
