It was the perfect place. Clean, comfortable, and close to Old Town. Would definitely come back.

Great location, clean & simple studio. Missing a few items that were an inconvenience: Tissues, Soap, Standard TV Service.. Overall was fine for a single or couples crash pad :)

Comfortable stay in a great location during a college tour and football game visit weekend.

Good location for our stay. Very convenient to downtown and to college area and bike trails. Room was clean and spacious enough. Kitchen was dated but functional. Air condtioning was persnickety. While a first floor property it has more of a basement apartment feel.We had issues if we did laundry in the laundry room while trying to also make dinner and watch tv. The fuse blew 5 times in a row which was frustrating. Calling the support number was easy and fast and person was prompt and attentive. However they could not issue a work order until the following day (when we checked out). That was a juggling situation we did not need.This would be a great rental for someone coming to visit someone at college or to visit the college or simply hang out downtown.

First off, we love this team of people. Stacy is great and we loved Vanessa (Housekeeping Supervisor). We've had great experiences with them in the past, but this place is not as it's represented online. Immediately upon checking in, we were unhappy. The place looks cute online. Looks, bright, and clean. All things it is not. It has a dank smell, and it's shabby/dated. Kuddo's to the photographer because they made this place look 1,000 times better than it truly is. It was not clean on top of the shabbiness. Dirt/gunk in the cupboard, stuff on the nightstand with hair in it, dead bugs, and just unclean in general. I sat on the couch and 2 spiders crawled over me, and I HATE spiders. Location is great and the good news is that everything we had an issue with can be corrected. Communication was great with them, and they tried to make it right by recleaning. Unfortunately for us, that just wasn't enough.

Great location and very impressed with the cleanliness!! Only cons were that the air conditioning was in a window in the living room so you had to leave the bedroom door open for it to reach in there, we also saw quite a few spiders, and lastly, the oven didn’t work, but the host hadn’t been aware of that so I’m sure that’s fixed now. Overall, we would stay there again.

We visited Fort Collins for the first time and stayed here. It’s in a great location - walking distance to the town. We had some issues with the shower door not opening well and they offered to fix it right away (we delayed it since we were working around nap times with our toddler) but great communication. We really loved visiting Fort Collins and if you want to be close to the town this is a great location.

We stayed for 6 days. We had a great time! This VRBO is in a great spot and close walking distance to downtown Fort Collins. We really enjoyed walking to local restaurants and shops during the week. The owner responded quickly and let us check in early at no charge. The apartment was clean but did find some spiders which is out of the owners control. My only complaints would be there weren’t enough bath towels for a 6 day stay and had to pay 5 to wash them. Overall it was a good trip and great, safe, quiet location.

We had an excellent time. The apartment was clean and comfortable. For us it was close to the family we were visiting. Also it is within easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries, shopping and entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to using this facility again in the future.

The place was in a great location, walking distance from Old Town and many restaurants and breweries. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Stacy the manager was very easy to reach and communicate with. I would highly recommend this place!

We were visiting Fort Collins for the very first time and picked this property based on previous reviews. It did not disappoint. The proximity to Old Town Fort Collins is perfect. The property is very clean and well appointed. I appreciated the coffee. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. My only complaint is that there is a slight musty smell. All in all a great stay!

Close to all the restaurants and shops in Old Town!

The location of this property is ideal, sitting within walking distance of Old Town which made our experience much more convenient. The property is clean, well maintained, and the communication with the property manager was very friendly and timely. Overall I would recommend to any small group looking for a place to stay in the heart of Fort Collins!

Nice quiet neighborhood location, bed needs to be replaced for it to be a nicer stay.

This was a great a functional property in walking distance of all the stuff we went to Fort Collins to do. Communication was fantastic and check-in was extremely easy. We even talked about coming back and doing this exact same trip.

It was nice and close walk to restaurants after being at a conference all day!
