    Nice clean convenient location to the beach. The Master bedroom bed was not the most comfortable but overall a nice place to stay.

    The view was spectacular, but the balcony could only be accessed through my bedroom as the door was stuck in the living room. The condo is beginning to look run down and was not as clean as I'm used to. There was hair on the floor in the primary bathroom and it was dusty in there. The floors were also sandy throughout. It wasn't bad enough to call anyone, and the location and view made up for it. However, I doubt I'll stay there again.

    This is a great place to stay. We enjoy the location as it is close to restaurants we like. The unit was clean and fresh. It had everything we needed. We will keep it on our list of rentals that we like.

    Our first trip to Gulf Shores was amazing. A wonderful view, plenty of room and everything we needed. The living room furniture does need to be updated but is a minor issue. Overall, we had a great stay.

    Great property. We owned a condo years ago in the colonnades and this was a great experience to come back with our growing family.

    The condo was comfortable and had similar amenities that we are used to inside the condo as far as dishes, bedding, towels, etc. The swimming pool outside was decent in size but the depth I believe was 2ft on the ends and 4 ft in the middle. I liked that it had some shade areas under a covered area but also allowed you to be in the sun if you want that also. It has a great balcony view of the ocean and overall the condo was spacious. The building had not much else to offer unless you were an owner. What we didn't like was our shower in the master bath was not working and would not turn on. This was as soon as we arrived. We saw cleaning people there earlier but obviously, no one cleaned the master shower because there was no water that could be turned on. There was a LARGE amount of mold build-up surrounding the shower (not just under the caulking). It was disgusting. We notified the management company immediately that the water would not turn on and asked how would they have cleaned it. The mgmt co said they would call their maintenance person, but ultimately they decided they needed to send an actual plumber who did not arrive until Monday. When he arrived he was very nice. He said this was a known issue and he would have to come back another day shut the water to the condo completely off and change out a mixer. Ultimately by Wednesday, everything was fixed and then cleaned by us. However, this was most of our trip down a bathroom to shower in.
