The Breakers #201 - Hilton Head Oceanfront Condo Complex

Overall had a great time on our vacation. We have not been to this part of Hilton Head before, but really enjoyed it. The condo was a tight squeeze for a family of 5 with one bathroom but it worked! There is no furniture for clothing, so you have to live out of your suitcase. The door in the bedroom does have hangers on it if you need to hang something up. If no one is using the bunks, clothing can be stored there. Parking was very easy, there is an elevator but we did not mind using the stairs. Balcony had view of part of the public entrance, did not bother us, but not quiet at all. We did explore the public entrance. They did a beautiful job with restrooms, changing rooms, swings, etc. But we had no use for it as we had our own entrance. Getting to the beach was great! Super easy and a 2 min walk. We prefer less crowds so once we got there we turned left to find our spot. Coligny Beach is very family friendly. Clean walkway out to the beach with an area to rinse sand off before coming back. The kids swam in the pool once or twice and had fun. The pools are fairly small and were typically crowded. If you are not cooking your meals, the market across the round about had everything. Restaurants, coffee, shops, ice cream. Perfect walking distance and great for wandering around. We did not get a chance to rent bikes and ride around but it appeared to be a very popular experience. Highly recommend!

Be careful when entering the driveway the entrance has a very large hump. My car going as slow as possible bottomed out bad. I’ve never bottomed out anywhere before. Also no ocean view from our side of the property of course. But very nice stay I would recommend and am planning a future stay. With a lifted 4x4 lol.

This is a wonderful location and Renee an excellent host. The unit was nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed it immensely and plan to return. It was perfect for a couple!

Love this unit! Easy check in and out. Well kept and upgraded. Convenient to walk to all things in the area.

One could not see the ocean, blocked by the trees. We were two 77 year olds and the steps were a bit much. No toilet paper. Nor need we find the wash cloths till we opened the dryer the last day.

Great condo within walking distance to all Coligny Beach has to offer. Was clean and an updated unit with all the things you would need to enjoy your stay. Communication with owner was great. Thank you for a fun weekend stay!

The overall experience was good. The building is getting older and in need of updating. The condo was nice inside. The only complaint is that there were no closets at all. We had a good time and would go back again.

We had a wonderful visit and will definitely be back! The condo was very clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. We absolutely loved how it was just steps from the beach and it was in walking distance to all of Coligny plaza. We would recommend it to anyone!

The property was wonderful and the owner's were great to work with! We got there a couple hours early and the owner's were great about letting us know when we could get in, even though it was before check-in time. This was a great location; easy walk to the beach, and to some shopping and food/ice cream. The property itself was very clean and well stocked.

The condo was a great location as well as clean and safe. Would definitely recommend for small families or couples.

Everything exactly as pictured! Great location…steps from shopping, restaurants, bars and grocery store. Perfect for romantic getaway. Parking not a problem. The owner, Renee, was very accessible and prompt with answering questions. Would stay again!

Unit is centrally located and clean. Couch needs to be replaced.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned. Dirty shower and tub, dirty toilet. Dirty floor in bathroom. Bathroom mat was not swept. The queen bedroom sheets were dirty with blood stains on it. Pillow cases weren't cleaned. My husband and i cleaned for over and hour. The chair in the living room was dingy. Bad experience staying at these places when the cleaners poorly do their hibs. and I cleaner

The condo was beautifully updated, clean, and close to the beach. Conveniently close to the nightlife and shopping

Really clean and super close to everything! We never had to use our vehicle after we arrived.
