Terrific oceanfront condo with balcony, outdoor pool, & washer/dryer

This condo was absolutely filthy. (BEWARE)1. Outdoor chairs, FILTHY.2. Indoor Sofas: Smelled, stained and very uncomfortable to sit on.3. AC units: Filthy ( had to be cleaned by guest)4. Chairs next to TV: Filthy, Stained.5. Towels and bed sheets were stained.6. 50 parking fee at check in.( first time paying for parking when renting a space)7. No hand soap in bathroom.8. Remote Controls broken and missing batteries 9. All Furniture looked as if purchased from thrift store ( scratches, nicks, cracked and stained.10. Just enough hot water for a 15 minute shower. Had to wait 20 minutes in between to allow system to regenerate hot water.BATHROOM AND KITCHEN WERE THE ONLY CLEAN ROOMS.

The view alone was well worth a stay here. Full panoramic view of the ocean, beach, and pool. The apartment itself was beautiful, but the floors seemed a little dirty. We noticed the bedding didn’t seem fully clean. It looked like there was crayon on the comforter and there were fuzzies on the bedding that were colors from objects not already in the room. The elevators are very slow and the WiFi would not work. The washer/dryer are not in-unit and are across the hall. Despite some of these things, we would stay again and hope it would be cleaner and the WiFi issue would be sorted.

Very difficult to get into the door. Given an e-lock code except there was a lockbox with a key. No one at the office to get parking pass. Took 24 hours to finally get someone to get us a pass. Was a nice enough place, but these inconveniences would keep me from recommending this place or staying here again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment was exactly what I was looking for—clean, comfortable, with a great view, and a great swimming pool. The whole unit felt cozy and well taken of. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I’d definitely book here again.

Very hard uncomfortable beds

Great view and location, very clean, upgraded nice kitchen and eating area. Couches too soft without support and you sink too low. Beds are regular mattresses on boards - more comfy mattresses and couch would have made our stay better.

The space was equipped necessities and overall a great stay with a nice view. Quiet area. The shower pressure is not great though.

Location was good, if you like being in a less hectic part of the town. The unit itself needs many updates for the furniture and carpets.

All good! Check out is a bit early for the family!

The property was a great location for us coming in for a weekend. We enjoyed the ocean front access, cleanliness of the property, and friendly tenants we met in the elevator. The pool was nice. The furniture in the property is very worn and the patio furniture needs replaced. Lots of wear and tear. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we appreciated the ice maker. I would recommend an upgrade in the bathroom with new caulk. It was very narrow which didn’t show in the photos. Some better lighting in the living room would help at night. We enjoyed our stay.

You cant beat that view. The place was spacious

The view was outstanding and proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better. Check in and checkout were a breeze. The property was clean and tidy. It served all of our needs. The furniture was in good but not excellent condition, but it was more than adequate for our stay. Our trip went smoothly, and we would stay there again.

Sofa needs to be replaced. Previous clients mentioned this months ago. TV is 15-20 years old !! Not HD. Cable package did not include MASN (Orioles). No humidity control (no bathroom vent fan). A/C units noisy. Location good. Kitchen appliances new. Only 1 blue bag for placing the used linens and sheets. Should be 2.

Condo was very clean. Great location!! Will definitely book through VRBO for future vacations.

Incredible view! Comfortable beds, well stocked unit. The couch, rugs, and patio furniture are in serious need of upgrade

This is a great little condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. Check-in was very convenient and easy and the location was perfect. The sofa could use replacing and the kitchen chairs were very wobbly. If you like a firm bed, these are perfect for you. It should have been cleaned better, especially since we stayed off season. If you want something ocean front and don't mind doing some of your own cleaning, this might be a good option for you.
