Conveniently located condo with easy walking access to downtown restaurants and shopping. Also, includes off street parking. Condo was clean when we arrived and is easy to keep clean if staying multiple days.However, it is not well stocked, especially, if flying in. Make sure to bring sandwich bags, aluminum foil, garbage bags and etc. The bathroom sink needs to be snaked as it doesn’t drain well.

Kitchen is great. Location is perfect. Parking is easy and convenient. Everything was fantastic.

I most definitely don't want to say the listing was spot on. I also don't want to say how great the location was. I definitely don't want to say it had parking and he check in process was super easy. I absolutely don't want to know how great this place is and I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Ft Collins for pleasure. But they are all true.

The building is older but it’s all redone and very comfortable inside. Kitchen was equipped well, even the pots and pans were in good condition!

Our stay here was pretty disappointing- I cannot believe how many five star ratings this place has. We were in town and the temps were in the 90s. The listing says the unit has air conditioning, but the unit has one window unit in the living area. The entire place was boiling hot when we arrived. We had to use a box fan and sleep with the doors open and all the windows open to get any relief from the heat. If your listing says AC I think you need to be clear what kind of AC. The place was also dusty with spider webs in the corners of the windows, and the bedding was not clean. The bathroom tile and door were in disrepair, however the shower was nice. I was unhappy with having a check out cleaning list AND had to pay a cleaning fee. This unit is expensive to have to deal with all the hassles. Avoid.

This cute little condo was the perfect size for our group of three ladies the perfect location for us to visit old town and the breweries. Condo had all of the little touches that make you feel special.

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, easy to get into, and in a great location. Stacy was fantastic and answered all of my questions quickly.

We loved the location of the condo to Colorado State as we were visiting a student for the weekend. The property was clean and the host was very quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again.

We stayed for Family Weekend for CSU and location was great and the place was perfect for our needs.

We had a great stay in this condo. The place was very clean and the area is quiet. The old town library is across the street as described with nice grounds maintained with flowers. There did seem to be a few homeless people staying on the library grounds, but we didn’t feel any safety concerns. The condo is walking distance to old town also as described, which was very nice. We would not hesitate to stay again in this condo if we visit the Fort Collins area in the future.

Stacey was an awesome communicator and the location was great. Such a fun stay for our small group.

My family and I had a great stay here in Fort Collins. The location is prime with it being walkable to old town and there’s a park across the street which was great to have for our little one. Stacy and team were very quick to respond to anything we needed as we were planning out this trip and we would 100% stay here again!

The apartment was excellent and Stacy was very prompt and accommodating. The location is amazing. Our only critique was about the pillows. My husband used a beach towel the first night then we went to Target to purchase our own. The ones in the apartment are very thick and uncomfortable. Thinner pillows would be great. That said, we give the whole experience 9/10!

We wanted a place within walking distance to Old a town and some breweries. This fit the bill!
