Tennis Villa B16 - Easy Walk to Beach

The tennis villa is nice and clean. No complaints about the actual villa or person renting it to us. Our main issue is our perception of the facility and it’s amenities; we were under the impression the laundry and beach were easily accessible, when that is not the case. The laundry is a hike away in a far away building and the beach is a long walk through multiple parking lots. There is not a clear path from the tennis villas to the beach that is safe with kids and easy with stuff. I feel that was misleading in the description of the rental.

Communicating with this company initially was really frustrating. No way to send a message through VRBO, so could only call their number. But the number would ring and ring, then get sent to another office, who didn't want to help, and would then get forwarded to an answering service. Then had to leave a message and wait to hear back. The phone tag was for the record books. We eventually got the reservation worked out... but it took a monumental amount of time. We wanted to go to HHI for a last-minute overnight trip. This condo popped up as an option. It was nice. Some of the dishes were dirty. Some of the caulk in the bathroom was mildewy. The king bed was great. The fan in the second bedroom was very loud. The ladies at the resort check-in are pretty unpleasant. Not something the rental company who handles this condo can do anything about, but pretty frustrating. They clearly resent visitors. For last minute, this was good. For a planned out vacation, I'd shop around.

Everything was great. The only thing I would have wanted was a couple of beach chairs and beach towels. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Our stay was wonderful! The place is so clean. It has everything you need . We enjoyed walks on the beach, time at the pool, and many games of pickleball. One evening we walked off site to a nearby miniature golf course. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Condo is just as presented. Clean and close to everything. Property is safe and secure and location is close to everything you could need. 5 STARS .

Everything is very convenient!

This place is excellent-a short walk to the pool/beach! The condo is exactly as pictured, and clean! We would recommend it to others! The complex hosts daily activities (pool parties, karaoke, movie nights!), and the onsite restaurant had good food/prices.

The condo was very clean and spacious. It was very quiet and peaceful. Having access to the restaurants within the complex was convenient. We enjoyed fishing in the pond outside the condo and made friends with the alligator that lives in the pond. The pool was very nice. The condo was quite a walk to the beach especially when lugging all the beach gear. The balcony was quite small and had a view of the parking lot. The furniture in the condo was not high quality and not comfortable to sit in. The skillet for cooking was quite small and was not in the best shape. We did rent bikes at the complex but it was a 25 minute bike ride to any of the nearby restaurants and shops.

The beach was awesome, the weather was perfect! I highly recommend this property for families as there is alot to do with beach access and a huge pool. Also dining options on site. The room was clean and updated. A great place for a family vacation.

Loved the area and felt perfectly safe and at home from the second we entered. Cozy, but roomy. Slight miscommunication at check-in, but quickly remedied. Chose to drive our gear to the boardwalk where there was plenty of parking instead of walk the distance of a couple of blocks. Waves and sand were perfect. Volleyball court, tennis courts, enormous pool, ice cream in the afternoon... doesn't get much better!

Had a wonderful few days of sun and fun at the beach for a few days of relation with family

Great fishing pond right by room. We caught around 15 bass. The kids loved it and the playground right by pond.
