TDS1 Single Story Spacious Home Near Arches National Park

It’s an awesome place to stay. I would recommend this to everyone.

Clean, spacious, excellent accommodations - they have truly thought of everything to make our stay easy, convenient, and fun. We really enjoyed our stay there and will be back! Towels shed a little but we figured they were new, and sheets could be replaced due to some bleach stains, but they were clean. Highly recommend!

The heater just seemed to just blow cold air around. I had to wear warm clothes inside. Otherwise everything was perfect.

This unit is very spacious. Had plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. The pool and hot tub was great.

Perfect spot for 5 guys to use as a base for the best mountain biking! Large sitting room and kitchen. Washer and drier used daily due to muddy trail conditions.

Very good rental with only light wear & tear for a rental. Pleasant neighborhood. Superiorly supplied kitchen. Comfortable beds.

The condo was clean and well supplied except for the regular coffee maker which was mentioned in the listing. But there was a Keurig. Beds were comfortable. There was a garage available to park in which was really nice. The neighborhood was quiet with minimal through traffic.

The property was clean, inviting, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and with beautiful views. Moab offers a variety of activities and dining options. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit the area.

6 of us friends that were in Moab for 3 nights with a group of 80 total people, shared this beautiful airbnb condo. It was very clean and beautiful, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here, and will stay again next year!

This house was perfect for our trip to Moab - Arches and Canyonlands. The views from the home were awesome. The house is close enough to the town to be very convenient, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay and would stay again. Sorry we couldn't stay longer!

The place is in a great quiet location. With easy access to all the great hiking trails. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Nice clean property

Loved staying here. The property was very clean and well maintained. There is plenty of space thoughout the home and the views are stunning in the mornings. We had a trailer with a rzr and found it was super easy to park it without crossing into the neighboring spaces. We come out out to moab twice a year and this has been my favorite stay.

I have stated in these VRBO houses before. Always clean and tidy. Except for a few bugs in the house, everything was great.

Great property, great location, great time.

We had 4 people in our party ranging in age from 80 to 54. I booked the condo for 5 nights. We arrived to a clean, well maintained house that had everything you could ask for. If you impress my mom you have accomplished something. Check in and check out was easy and the host responded to my texts immediately. If we ever make it back out to Moab, this would be my first choice in places to stay.

The property was spacious. You could easily host a large family there. It was clean and not ro far out of downtown Moab. If i were to come back i would definitely rent this place again.

We had a great stay here. It was very clean and the location was good. A bit far from the center of the city but we knew that. The only issue we had were the beds. One bedroom has a sleep-number bed that didnt work and the bed was inflated on one side, deflated in the center and sort of inflated on the other side (3 zones). The remote LCD screen to adjust the bed was unreadable and didnt work. The two twin roll-away beds of very good quality were not good quality and not useable for any amount of comfort. This place is more set up for a family or couples with 2 people in each bed and one on each cot to sleep 8 people but thats a stretch. If your a group of buddies going on a motorcycle trip the sleeping situation is not set up for 8. If the sleep number bed and cots were replaced or fixed it would sleep 5 guys max, not 8 unless you want to cozy up to your pal in a queen bed. Theres a big rodeo arena on the next block so if its a weekend it can be quite noisy until around 10-11pm. Otherwise very quite. The pool and hot tub were very nice but quite busy when we were there. The pool was full of people most of the time. (not a complaint, Just an observation) and its located at the other end of the block. Other than the beds the place was great. The garage was perfect for our 4 bikes.
