Stayed May 15, 2025We’ve stayed at the same place before but this time was frustrating. People above us ran up and down the stairs every night until around 2 am which made it impossible for any of us a good nights sleep We never had the host or evolve help us they even went as far to tell us that they can’t ask someone to be quieter at any point the fireplace wasn’t working and mold all around inside the toilet bowl. Luckily the owner contacted us and even though he was far away and couldn’t come there but at least he tried And evolve even messaged us that there was no one staying above us or below us after the owner told us there was The owner genuinely cares I hope he can get someone local to help him because the people he pays now are horrible

Stayed Aug 24, 2023To noisy, complained twice no one cared. The upstairs people throwing stuff on the floor at 1 in the morning. Bouncing a ball for the dog at 629 am. Don’t stay there unless you have the top floor. Rated it poor for the noise

Stayed Oct 16, 2023Great location on the canal at Ocean Shores. Close to everything and a quick drive to the beach. Very walkable to restaurants and shops.The home was LARGE with two large bedrooms and a large bathroom complete with washer and dryer. Kitchen was complete in every way. Two gals and their tiny dog but large enough for a family or a couple families to share. Highly recommend.
