Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own.

Generally try to book 13A as owners put a lot of effort into keeping anemnities up to date. This condo is very nice. Prices have gone up a lot over the years. I understand this is necessary, but I noticed several empty rooms this year (middle of June) which is not typical. I hope this doesn't continue to be the trend.

Great condo and great location.Our only issues with the unit is the beds are so big in the 2nd bdrm that you can’t get into the closet. Also, the chest has a broken drawer.Why can’t you heat the pool? It’s too cold every year. Makes no sense. Everyone commented on this issue.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the kitchen was stocked enough kitchen utensils, glasses and plates, but lacked towels. The view of the gulf and beach was amazing but at times hard to see due to dirty windows. Maybe a window washing service once in awhile would have helped. Also the unit could replace those wicker chairs with a better option.

Unit was clean.Loved the 2nd bathroom remodel. 2nd bedroom dresser drawer needs to be repaired. Falls out when you open it.Why isn’t the pool heated?? It wasn’t during our stay.
