This gorgeous condo is bright and modern and offers two-bedroom suites with 2.5 baths. It is PERFECT for weddings guests! Identical Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, full-length mirrors, walk-in closets, and a balcony! Downstairs there is a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, open living and dining area, and a half bath. While there is no designated parking spot for the condo, there is plenty of free street parking right in front of it. This place has everything you need for your downtown vacation! Across the street from celebrity chef Vivian Howard's Pizzeria and fantastic bars and restaurants. Your Wilmington Vacation Awaits!

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, balcony, and patio. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. Please note - this is a multi story property and stairs are required for access.

    We had a great experience at Swanky Retreat. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. The location is next to train tracks, but it wasn't an issue for us because we were awake so it didn't disturb us. Host was very responsive. Location is also close to some really good restaurants just a couple of blocks away.

    Very nice place, good location to downtown, only downside was it’s on a very busy road and it’s RIGHT NEXT TO VERY LOUD TRAIN TRACKS, the trains blow their hours for a solid 2 minutes literally right next to the condo, there are about 3 to 4 trains a day including on about 10PM

    The property was super cool and the rooms were great. The neighborhood is just on the edge of what I would call safe. Had to park on the street, but it ended up not being an issue. Everything was going great until 12am when the first train rolled by blaring its horn constantly and literally shaking the beds. We hoped it was a one off but then it all happened again at 3am. Also the street light comes directly into the bedroom without any blinds in the door. We only stayed one night because we literally got no sleep. Asked for a refund and was told it was typical urban noise. I really wish more people would have left honest reviews about the townhome being 20-30 ft from a very active train line.

    Well appointed new appliances clean. Location beside train tracks makes it noisy when you are accustomed to a quiet environment. Would stay again!

    Facility was as advertised but beware of the loud train traveling through 1-2x nightly. Convenient short Uber ride to downtown. Ok for short visits.

    I took my wife to stay here for a 1 day fishing trip, as apart of her 40th birthday celebration. Starting with the cons: it's located in a gentrification block, so it's literally 2 blocks from the projects, which leads to the next con: in order to keep an eye on our car, we had to park in front of the property which is located off a main street and can be super dangerous as you have to be careful of vehicles racing by to ensure you don't end up as human roadkill. The last 2 cons were one of the bedrooms has a glass door leading out to the upstairs patio but it doesn't have a screen or shade blind to keep people from being able to see directly into the room at certain angles, then the outside patio in the backyard was filled with cobwebs and the future was littered with debris and the backdoor also packed a door cover. With the cons side, the host is super cool and allowed us to check in 3 hours before our official check in time and she was very responsive to messages. The property is super chic with some industrial flair. The design and decor is excellent and we loved all the different lighting in the house. It's super close to downtown Wilmington and there's a lot of nearby places to hit. All in all, I'd definitely stay there again.
