Surfsong | Stylish Condo, Pool, Beach Access!

Overall, our stay here was nice. The place was very clean and modern. When we arrived, our air conditioner was not blowing cold air, and it was 85 degrees in the unit. It took around 4 hours to resolve the problem, which is likely as fast as the busy repairman could get there. No problems after that. Our parking tags were not on our counter as stated. A property manager brought them by. Also the pull-out couch had one pillow case and one sheet as covering. We happened upon it in a rubbermaid under the master bed. A blanket would be nice. Thankfully my son brought a sleeping bag. Also I would have brought coffee pods if I'd know there was a Keurig. The condo info suggested to bring filters and ground coffee. Aside from this, we had a nice stay here.

This property was serviceable for our family and had most things needed for a short stay in terms of kitchen items, linens, etc. It should probably be adverstised as accomodations for 4 people instead of 6 as it is very small. Would be perfect for 4 adults or 2 adults / 2 children. The fold out bed in the living room is incredibly uncomfortable and not suited for adults. The property needs a little love for minor things: trim is coming away from wall near dining table and has large finishing nail sticking out; closet doors in bedroom #2 are difficult to close; clothes dryer is not functioning properly (it will work but needs to run for at least two drying times). Overall - the property is serviceable for a short get-away and Southern was responsive to a few minor issues we had with stove/refrigerator. The location is fairly close to beach access but plan to drive for anything else. Pool is incredibly small and we only used it when no other quests were there. It is too small to use with other quests.

All aspects of this rental experience were great. All information needed for the property were clear and delivered professionally. The rental was just as described and had everything we needed. Beautiful, quiet place to stay!

So many other listings were drab and lifeless. This rental felt very beachy with the decor. Nicely done. Everything worked great.

This place was very clean. It was great for our family trip. There was about a 3-5 min walk to the beach so I would definitely recommend a beach wagon!

Garbage disposal was broken when we arrived, hangers hanging in restroom, man’s shirt under and stuff animal under bed. To me it wasn’t properly cleaned if those were left behind

This property was exactly as described. Family Friendly and a short walk to the beach. We had a Terrific Time and enjoyed our stay here.
