Surf's Up is the upper unit of this boho beachy duplex property. It's perfectly imperfect with 2br/2ba + a pullout sofa to accommodate 6 guests. This cool vibe unit is just across the street from the beach. The expansive deck is perfect for grilling & dining al fresco with ocean views.
Equipped with WiFi, Smart TV, W & D & more! Ample parking out back with it's own private entrance, outdoor hot & cold shower make this the perfect getaway spot. Pets welcome for an additional fee $150

With a good mix of old and new Surf's Up gives a great feel of the Folly vibe. It is the entire upper level of a duplex house with an open, well lit floor plan, bead board throughout, a cool kitchen, outdoor shower, front deck with water views, ample parking in the rear and just a short walk to the water make it a great place to create lifelong memories.

Folly beach is a barrier island. Surf's Up is located on the East End at 704 E. Arctic. Since we are a duplex property Surf's Up/Boogie Down has their own separate entrances. Surf's Up parking is on the back side (E. Ashley) and has private back stairs that lead up into the unit. With only 6 miles end to end it's walkable but you might also enjoy renting bicycles, scooters, golf carts, etc.. There are parking lots as you get closer to center street, some privately managed, the city has paid street parking and there's also parking at the Folly Pier and opposite west end, Folly Beach County Park.

Folly Beach is a casual boho beach town yet close to downtown Charleston and outlying islands for sightseer's. There is a mix of year round occupants and short term rental vacationers.

WIth parking in the back of the unit, and the access to the beach just across the street, it's a nice stroll down the beach to get to Center Street. If walking is not for you, check out one of the local rental companies that offer bicycles, scooters, golf carts and more.

We often have a rental company assist in the management of this property to help provide 24/7 assistance. Also being an island there is always the slight chance of the dish tv or internet being temporarily down in the house and throughout the island.
