Owners were very responsive to my questions. They provided a TON of info about local restaurants, museums, activities etc. They place was very clean comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. I liked that they used eco friendly soaps and cleansers that were made specifically for them. No negatives

I am very glad I reserved this place near the heart of Santa Fe. It was in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of many businesses. This particular unit was on the end of the complex. I found that parking on the street was easy, more convenient than in the assigned space in the parking lot. The managers are responsive and non-intrusive. I enjoyed the organic soaps and products. I hope to be able to order some of them for home. One caution: The bed is very firm. If you are used to a soft bed, you might like to bring your own soft, egg carton shaped foam. Overall, it was a great trip and I was thankful for a quiet, clean place to get some rest.

The location provided easy access to the Plaza and all of our favorite places to go when we visit Santa Fe. It was comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen, and everything we needed for five days. Kim was quick to respond when we had a question after arriving. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved my stay! Everything was perfect. Decorated beautifully with southwest art with a kitchen that had everything you’d ever want, (including some delicious Santa Fe coffee -which I especially appreciated). The BED! OMG! It has to be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. That was an unexpected but appropriated plus when traveling . The location was great too and within walking distance to the RAIL YARD, farmers market, Museum and several restaurants and shops. This is a good choice for an upscale cozy home away from home.

We had a wonderful time staying at the HQ! Very comfortable space for a couple to share, plenty of room, and comes with all of the creature comforts and essentials you might need. Very good a/c, in unit laundry and a clean, comfortable bed. The dedicated, off-street parking spot is a huge plus and didn't have us worried about the car. The kitchen is very well outfitted with everything you would need to prepare a meal, the bathroom has plenty of fresh, clean towels and the shower is amazing! Very quiet, private location, extremely convenient and we were never more than 10 minutes away from anywhere we wanted to be in Santa Fe. The back patio ended up being one of our favorite spaces to spend mornings and evenings. We would highly recommend this unit, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The property was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The property owner was available to answer any questions when/if necessary. There is a manual that answers most questions, well thought out… includes condo information, local restaurants, maps, etc. We both agree the location was perfect for us and close to Trader Joes and Whole Foods for our initial stocking needs. The mountains are stunning and locals welcoming. If you’re lucky enough to stay here enjoy the moments.. it goes by quicky!

We are so glad we chose Kim's place for our extended (9 day) stay in the area. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and the ability to cook most of our own meals, as well as the proximity to a great restaurant, Paper Dosa in easy walking distance. Having a laundry in the unit was really helpful as well. Kim was great and when an issue arose was responsive and able to work with us to find a solution. As folks with moderate fragrance/ environmental sensitivities, we'll offer some thoughts below for other sensitive travelers, keeping in mind that everyone's sensitivities can be a bit different. We were relieved that the unit did not have any harsh cleaning smells or air fresheners. The windows opened and had screens. If a sheet was a little fragranced we were able to throw it in the washer and it was fine. The washer and dryer did not harbor any lingering smells during our stay. The provided detergent is slightly scented, but we had brought free & clear laundry detergent sheets. If you need fragrance-free or SLS free soaps, you'll want to bring your own. We bought fragrance free dish soap and left the extra in the unit. Our biggest challenge personally was that the bed lines were all 100% polyester and one of us has a polyester sensitivity. We had brought our own pillowcases and were able to borrow a cotton sheet from a local contact. Anyone with similar issues would do well to to bring your own sheets/pillowcases.

I really enjoyed the quiet and lowkey status of this rental in a cute little neighborhood close to a lot of attractions. Nothing too fancy, but had absolutely everything I needed from coffee pots, to pans, to towels, to laundry pods, to bed sheets and pillows that made me feel right at home. The dimmable/color changing lights in the bedroom was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!
