Good Vibes Only: We love a good time, but we value our neighbors even more. To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for everyone at Bridges Bay, we do not allow bachelor/bachelorette parties or large, loud events.

Parking Made Easy: Stress-free parking is available directly outside the condo including a dedicated spot in front of Garage #103. Bringing the boat Dedicated boat parking is available in the lot at the entrance to the Bridges Bay resort grounds.
