Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is amazing and we had the best time visiting Tamarindo! The condo was perfect with a great master bedroom and bath with ocean and pool views plus two more bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom. It was perfect for us and our two college aged kids. The pool was perfect and the beach access was so easy. The location was great near Tamarindo but outside of the downtown activity. Both porches are fantastic but the rooftop porch is amazing with fantastic sunset views, two grills, a bar and plenty of comfy seating. And Fivestar was so great to work with. They helped us setup all of our activities and were quick to respond when we had questions. The onsite security was always ready to open the gate for us and the cleaning service half way through the week was terrific! We loved this condo, Fivestar and Tamarindo! WE would definitely recommend this to anyone!!

Home is outfitted with most necessities. Views are wonderful. Pool is great for swimming. I would ask they put more than one tiny shampoo/conditioner in each bath, something i actually complained about the last vi s it..

My family of four loved staying here! The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located close to town. The views of the water and sunsets were spectacular. The condo is within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but we most frequently used our rented golf cart to get around. I don't think I can adequately express how helpful Romi (the concierge) was. She set up all of our activities as well as made dinner reservations. And she was incredibly patient as I kept making changes! The whole experience of booking and staying at the condo was relaxed and easy. I would definitely stay there again!

We really were impressed with our penthouse suite. 2 huge patios overlooking the ocean, 3 dining areas, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely would return. Check in was a little confusing and we had to message a few times for directions (like how to use the keypad. Was not intuitive). But got quick response. Security guard was very nice. One odd thing was cleaning lady came to our room and begin cleaning while we were still inside at 9am! Our checkout was 10. That was unusual but fine. I think language confusion over her doing that maybe.

Absolutely gorgeous! The view of the semi private beach is amazing. You walk right to it. It felt VERY safe with a 24 hour guard and immediate responses from the management company. Our place was ready for us when we got there and sparkling clean. The air conditioners worked beautifully in every room and we were always comfortable. They even help arrange a golf cart for us for our stay and had it dropped off and picked up. It is extremely well stocked. The washer and dryer were amazing to have as well as the plethora of towels provided It was very nice to be super close enough to town but far enough away to get out of the crazy. It was a very short golf ride in and back walking distance to several restaurants as well as a few convenience stores. It was very quiet at night and we were able to get great rest for the next day. Amazing pizza /pasta place just across the street to the right. And Fish and Cheeses is just to your left (also good but we like the other one better). Management was extremely easy to get a hold of. Immediate responses for everything. 5 star all the way!!

This place is a true home - on top of the great views, the kitchen and living space is equipped with practically everything you need. The building is managed well and safely, and the top deck is just to die for. Would come back for sure!
