Sunrise 6- Ocean View Condo, Steps to the Beach

Room was great! Location perfecto! Highly recommend… especially as a family of 5

The condo was in a great location. You could walk to all kinds of restaurants; supermarket close by; and the beach is across the street (essentially). The king-size bed was awful - mattress was hard and pillows were terrible. Also, the condo smelled musty on arrival and stayed that way for the week.

This was my 6th visit to Sunrise Condos. I love the location! Everyone from the drivers to the security guards to the maids are very friendly and work so hard. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

The Sunrise 6 condo is as advertised. Right across the street from the mile-long Tamarindo beach. The furnishings are functional and comfortable. Good swimming pool for kids and adults. Would definitely return.

We had a water leak from AC system, sent a message and was fixed the next day. The location is very close to the beach and many restaurants. The unit does need a deep clean wiping down exterior cupboards, walls, floors. Thinking the cleaning service runs in and out too fast. I would return the unit is a good size and has all you need for a great vacation. Pool area is clean and plenty of chairs to relax in.

The AC is leaking. I already emailed them that someone should go check it out. Somethings probably clogged. Nice room

The location, cleanliness and family atmosphere at this property are great. However, we had several issues that could have easily been looked after by the management company but they were not addressed the whole time we were there. The most inconvenient one was the lack of hot water in our condo. Since we could not use the dishwasher, we boiled water the whole week to clean up after cooking. We also had to heat water to wash with as well. We complained to the management company more than once but no repairs were made. Blue Zone told us that the repairmen were on their way. We waited for a couple of hours but no one showed up.. if they did come after we left, they did nothing to help our situation. We paid a lot of money for our stay in Tamarindo which turned out to be not much more than fancy camping. Customer service could certainly be much better.

Perfect for surfing! And morning walks on the beach, sunset WOW!

Beautiful, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Great private balcony with a view of the pool and a glimpse of the ocean. Walk directly across the street to Tamarindo Beach. Great for our family of four (including a 4 and 9 year old).
