Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very nice property in a great location. The property was very clean and well stocked. There is even a small grocery store on the first floor of the building. It is easy to walk to many local sights and restaurants. We really enjoyed the ease of coming and going at this place. We will definitely rent this one again!

Stayed Jun 12, 2025Communication with the property owner was efficient throughout, from check in to advice on parking. The place itself was clean and just like you saw online. Being just a couple blocks from canal street and the French quarter allowed us to walk most places, while also giving us a quieter street at night.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025This condo was in the perfect location to enjoy Mardi Gras -- 2 blocks from the major parade routes and from the French Quarter. It was clean and comfortable, and felt very safe. During Mardi Gras, expect noise late into the night. One bedroom is on the street side and more noisy, while one is an interior room and quiet. Cheery and bright, with everything you need - I recommend it!

Stayed Jul 4, 2024The stay was nice. Five (5) of us stayed here comfortably for the Essence Festival. The place was secure, clean and quiet. We were within walking distance to French quarter, convention center, casino and superdome. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
