Stayed Mar 20, 2025This property was just as listed online. Excellent communication with host. This townhouse had a well stocked kitchen and lots of storage through the place. Very homey and welcoming. Comfortable beds. A short walk to the beach was what we were looking for and this location was excellent. A wagon is provided which we took advantage of. Close to trails and a State Park for riding bikes. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 17, 2025Nice quiet little Condo/apartment in an absolutely great location, 3-5 min walk from the beach and at least one restaurant. The property needs a little TLC but it's nothing that would stop us from staying there again the next time we visit the area. Overall for the price you really can't beat it.Lastly we decided the day before our trip that we wanted to come a day early and since the property was available the management team was able to accommodate us very quickly.

Stayed Jan 14, 2025We have been vacationing on Amelia Island since 2018. Previously, we have stayed in locations on South Island. This time we decided to stay on North Island. It is a wonderful area near the beach, Fernandina (town) and Ft. Clinch. We had easy access to all these areas by bicycle. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024Great. We were displaced by the hurricane and lost power Friday morning around 03. The staff worked excellently with us to help level everything out, and we departed earlier than anticipated.
