Stayed May 8, 2025Short getaway with our 2 grandkids from Las Vegas. Wanted to visit town and nearby area and enjoy the amenities listed on VRBO. Townhouse was fine. Downstairs master was very small and with the TV hanging on the wall it was very hard to get around the bed without bumping your head or hitting your leg on the footboard. Kitchen supplies were excellent. Living area is very small. Bedrooms upstairs were very nice. We had an issue with the AC shutting off. I called the 24 hour number and a service provider responded asap. He accessed the sensor was at fault and left. About 10 minutes after he left the AC shut down.again. The actual problem was the condenser drain was clogged and water was backing up,causing the sensor to shut the unit down. We had to place cookie sheets under the drip line so the AC closet would not flood. FYI, it was in the high 90’s for our entire stay. Pool and lagoon area are very nice and our Grandkids enjoyed it immensely. I would not stay here again. It was very crowded, noisy and our particular unit baked in the hot sun and had a plethora of guests coming and going on either side of us. The walls are very thin. Great for families with little kids. Would not recommend for adults looking to relax and unwind. Lastly, we saw no security on site. People were speeding throughout the neighborhood. Contractors and construction people were driving around and working. Several guys were racing electric bikes through the street by the clubhouse and the

Stayed Oct 17, 2024We really enjoyed our time here. It was comfortable and the management company is very communicative throughout the whole process. The resort was a little bit crowded in the pool areas but it was fall break so to be expected.
