This unit was great and very clean. The only feedback I have is the toilet in the master bedroom needs serviced as it barely flushes. Thanks!

The room was clean. The hallways could be updated where the carpet is at. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay.

We enjoyed the stay. The room met our expectations and beyond. We did not experience any problems. Would return for another stay.

We were forced to clean our shower as there was feces in the shower floor. It was disgusting and something that is unacceptable.

There wasn’t anything we would have changed. It was a great room, it was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly and the location was awesome. This was our second time there and we will see you next year! Thank you!

Beautiful location, views and the Condo was lovely we will be back.

We came to stay at this condo for 4 days first time with our two boys to have a vacation. Not sure where to start. The place is ok but the number of chemicals that were out there was unbelievably unbearable. My son has autism and he is scared of condensed places. We did not that walking to the condo is small hallways you can touch the ceiling and are dark and smell like mold. We couldn’t even get to the condo without my son screaming and hollering while other people there were disturbed and complained about the noise. However, we got to the condo the cleaning chemicals were so bad I immediately had a headache and was nauseous. We decided to leave we could not stay there so we checked out the next day at 10 am as we came late Sunday night. I couldn’t stay with my son he had anxiety and panic attacks in the hallways. Anyway, I reached out to the insurance that was purchased through verbo and they offered in case of early leave … we did not stay our full trip, and still to this date June I have not received my money back. The descriptions of the condo and surrounding are not what it is on verbo site. If I would have known I would have never booked, to begin with … no one cared to contact me to refund the money for the days we didn’t stay there… it is not that we didn’t stay because it was nasty but it was because of my son being terrified as he is on the spectrum and that is because it was falsely advertised online. We are owed XXXX(can't specify according to review ) or more and now insurance people are needed a medical emergency diagnosis document to refund the money … it’s ridiculous and I don’t recommend this whole building to anyone with kids with any type of medical conditions or healthy as matter of fact …. The front desk assured me we will be reimbursed for days not stated I never asked for full reimbursement DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS BUILDING PERIOD

Here is a honest review of our stay. Cons: As far as the actual condo, unit 212, there are only a few issues. The kitchen supplies are very limited. If your family cooks all your meals this may be a problem. No sizzors, no pizza cutters, very slim variety of cooking supplies such as pots and pans, no tea pitcher, the can opener was broken etc. Cleaning supplies are also very limited. There is only a old dirty broom and a worn out mop. With all the sand coming in from the beach it would have been nice to have a clean broom, maybe a swifter broom or even a vacuum. As far as the building itself, there is only one washer/dryer on each floor and the one on this floor repeatedly broke down every time I used it. I had to keep getting maintenance to come help. The quarters would get jammed and not allow the coins in to start the machine. However maintenance was very friendly every time and apologized for the inconvenience. One guy even offered for me to leave the load in the dryer and he would start it for me after he fixed it so I could enjoy my day at pool. The Internet sucks! Even my friends who were on the 7th floor had crappy service, the phone service was spotty as well. But I guess that’s to be expected on a beach. Restaurant inside seemed to be short staffed. We waited a hour for our soft drinks, waitress kept dodging us. Finally the chef came and took our order. Food was decent though. The only other thing is we went from the indoor pool to outdoor pool for a brief time. When we returned back to the indoor pool, our 4 beach towels that we left on the chairs, had been stolen. So DO NOT leave your things unattended. Pros: location, location, location! It was the perfect spot for my family. This condo is on the second floor so You get the beautiful ocean view and you are also in front of splash pad for kids, jacuzzi and bar. They had extra pillows and blankets. Plenty of towels. Tv and cable worked fine. AC was cold. The room was very clean. The microwave, inside of oven, floors, everything was very clean and up to my standards. I would def stay again!
