Upon arrival, you’ll note all the amenities within your reach. A gift shop is located on-site and you’ll find plenty of meeting space available for special events or business meetings. Exercise enthusiasts will love the outdoor pool and fitness facility. Take advantage of the steam room and sauna and be sure to check out the outdoor hot tub! Everyone in your party will enjoy the outdoor tiki bar and complimentary DVD rentals. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for an additional fee. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.



SunDestin Unit 0501 is a bright, cheerful, two-bedroom condo accommodating up to six people. This unit boasts a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with twin beds, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and two bathrooms. You’ll find flat screen TV’s in both bedrooms as well as the living room and a stackable washer-dryer conveniently located in the fully-appointed kitchen. Enjoy meals and snacks at the dining table with seating for six or take it out on the balcony.



Grab a meal, do some shopping and check out the view at the Destin Harbor, a five minute drive from SunDestin Beach Resort or spend the day in the sun at nearby Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

***Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort remain under construction, including the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, and spa. Please note that the splash pad is currently not operable and will remain closed until further notice while ownership determines future plans for the area. The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.



Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.



While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.
