Stayed Jul 25, 2025PROS: Spotlessly Clean – The entire resort was well-maintained and fresh. Fully Equipped Kitchen – Pots, pans, plates, and utensils made cooking easy. Thoughtful Supplies – Bath towels and toiletries were provided (no overpacking needed!). Fast & Efficient Elevators – No long waits with 4 speedy elevators—great for families! CONS: Parking Nightmare – Construction limited spaces, and the overflow lot (behind Chick-fil-A) required crossing a dangerously busy street (felt like Fast & Furious!). Broken Renovation Promises – Booked expecting summer completion, but work was still ongoing. Strict Beach Umbrella Rules – Only resort umbrellas allowed (4 rows deep from the water), with personal umbrellas or tents behind it (they even put up a warning sign not to pass it), harsh for shade-seekers! No In-Unit Laundry – Had to pack extra clothes or find off-site washing. Closed Kids’ Area – A big disappointment for families counting on the amenity.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025The unit was nice and clean, beautiful ocean view but there was an air conditioner unit on the balcony blowing hot air at us. The condo is un-updated, parking across a main street in an old lot with no security, restaurant, bar, and pools were not appealing at all. Will not go back.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025No complaints about the condo was nice and clean, but here are the things we didn't like about the place in general, will not stay there again. * Airconditioning unit on the balcony, blowing hot air, could not enjoy. * Construction on the building, no warning. Or at least did not see a warning. * Restaurant and Bar: facilities look outdated. Not appealing at all. * Pool: too small and sun chairs were falling apart they were so old. * So many beach chair rentals you could hardly see the ocean. * Not enough parking spaces for the tenants, have to park across the road and leave our car at an old unsecured parking lot.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025Great place to stay! Wasn't crazy about the rental umbrellas only getting close to water, but that was my fault for not reading details. (You can take your own canopy - NOT umbrella, but you have to keep beyond a certain point. Again, my fault for not reading details.) Everything else was very nice. Very clean condo, everything it was supposed to be. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed Oct 7, 2023We had a wonderful time. The room was pretty clean. The side of the refrigerator was pretty gross. Wish they would’ve had a coffee pot that used pods. The hallway was kinda dark. We would definitely go back though. It was all in all a 4 star.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023409 was a bad condo to stay in. Loud across from elevator across from super loud washer and dryer room. Toilet stopper for water didn’t work se we had to put our hands inside to adjust every time we went used toilet. Very low quality products provided for hygiene and kitchen soap etc. radio in living area did not work. Sheets smelled like urine.

Stayed Jun 14, 2022Unit was as described. Beautiful view and very convenient location. We were literally steps from the beach which made it easier with 2 smaller kids. Would stay here again!
