With panoramic views of emerald green waters, amenities that give you little reason to leave the resort, and local cuisine and shopping just a few miles away, SunDestin Beach Resort is a Destin vacation rental hotspot. SunDestin Unit 0716 greets you with an open floor plan and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the main living area, perfect for plopping down sandy beach bags and heading directly into the kitchen for a snack. You’ll find the kitchen well stocked with all the essentials, so whether you are looking to whip up some sandwiches for the beach or a nice dinner for the family, this kitchen has all the tools to make it happen. This unit was recently refreshed with new paint and furniture. You’ll find comfortable seating and a flat-panel television with a DVD player in the living room, and let’s not forget the stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico. Gaze at the emerald green water from inside the unit or from the balcony.



The master bedroom includes a flat-panel television, but it’s hard to watch a show when you have stunning views of the Gulf. With a full ensuite bathroom and a half bathroom accessed through the main living area, this unit has everything you need to enjoy your vacay to the fullest. The master bedroom has two queen beds and the living room sofa is a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accomodating up to six people.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.



While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.
