Visitors Policy
• All visitors (anyone not on the reservation) must be approved in advance via the platform
• ⏰ No visitors allowed after 9:00 PM
• Overnight or late-staying visitors will be charged the extra guest rate
• Total guests must not exceed maximum occupancy
- Must be 25 years of age to book this property.
- Please no shoes on the carpet/area rug.
- To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the house.
- No smoking around or anywhere near the premises.
- No illegal substances.
- No drugs, firearms or weapons allowed on premises.
- No visitors stays overnight without a reservation on booking.
- In order to respect the other residents and neighborhood, there are a few rules to be aware of:
*Zero tolerance for parties. in the event nearby neighbors complain, the reservation will be terminated without any refund.
*Strict quiet hours between 9:00 pm - 7:00am.
