Summer's End Savings! Cute 1BR/1BA condo on the desirable south side!

The condo was in nice area and easily accessible to the beach, about a 10-15 minute walk. The first floor’s sliding glass door’s seal has failed and leaks water when raining. Along with some drop ceiling tiles have water stains. Overall, these things did cause any difficulty staying there.

This getaway was a girls trip to Tybee Island. Stayed in a cozy condo a few mins from the beach. Mrs. Brenda is the owner. She was just a phone call away for any issues or concerns. The condo is very clean and well kelp. My girls and i enjoyed our needed vacation. I highly recommend this place.

Place was clean and very close to everything the pier and shops and food in like 5 minutes walking! Loved it would definitely stay here again!

Super close walk to the beach and to town, everything was clean and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinners. I had a blast and would definitely book here again!

My husband and I loved our stay here! Easy walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants. It is a cute and cozy space and we’ll definitely be back when we visit Tybee again.

This condo is in a great location as far as being able to walk to the beach and restaurants! The host was also kind and helpful! However, the description seems to have been written a while ago as there wasn’t anything new or updated here. The side area with beach chairs and back patio were extremely dirty and full of unkept landscaping so you could not sit there. The carpet was stained and the bathroom walls had dirty spots in several places. The toilet only worked if you held the handle a very specific way (we had to fix it on our first night). The closet door was broken off and just laying there when we walked in. The tv did not work when we got there, and the host did send someone to look at it which we appreciated, but half of the channels were in Spanish and we did not know how to change that as it seemed to be a pretty old tv. Overall, we appreciated the host helping after we reached out and the location was nice, but we would not choose to stay here again.

This is a great condo in a great location for a great price. I'd stay again. Communication with the host and was also great.

Small but cozy & affordable. Just a short walk to the beach, pier & dining. Will definitely be back!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay! It was in a perfect place and made our trip very enjoyable. We were minutes away walking from the beach and restaurants. The place was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place and if we go back next year, we would definitely come back to this place again!

My husband and i enjoyed staying here. Easy walk to the beach and all the businesses close by. The rental had every amenity we could have needed and was very comfortable. The host was great, and it made our stay on the island relaxing and enjoyable. Would gladly stay here again.
