Everything was clean and the view was amazing.

There are definitely issues between the Hotel & Vrbo. I didn’t see anything on Vrbo about a 55/night Valet parking fee. Which turned out to be 59 with local taxes. I also didn’t see anything on Vrbo about nickel/dime charges for toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, & soap, shampoo & conditioner (3 each). There was also a 20 fee for fresh towels & bed sheets. That did not include a room cleaning which needed to be scheduled 24 hours in advance and an additional fee. One of the two hotel elevators had been down for two weeks which left one elevator for 14 floors. ( a lot of time standing around waiting on the elevator). The hotel bar closes at 11pm even on weekends. We got a text from the hotel asking if we wanted a late check out. From 11-1 was 50 & 11-3 was 150. We requested a late check out until 1pm. When we were returning from breakfast at 12pm the front desk and house keeping were looking for us. They said there was no late check out available for Vrbo guest. I ask why we were sent a request and it was apparent that hotel management & Vrbo was not on the same page. For the reasons above it is difficult to rate this property higher or recommend it to anyone else.

Very nice view and perfect location.

Overall our stay was great! The pool is nice and heated, and the drinks from the bar were very tasty! The hotel and pool staff are great and very friendly. Great access to the beach, restaurants, and other local establishments. The only minor change we would recommend is to invest in some cooking oil and spices for those tho wish to cook some meals at the room. We ended up having to buy some extras, but not a huge deal.

Was the best vacation we ever had everything was perfect. We’ve looked for many years for a yearly vacation day. We have found it in this.

Just what we asked for.

The hotel/residence is in a great location. Nice views, good pool area with bar. The food at Wild Thyme has been really good every time we visited. This unit is right outside the elevator. It didn’t cause any issues but you could hear people once in a while. The room is right over the pool. There’s a Lavazza “espresso”coffee machine.

This area of Fort Lauderdale is fantastic. Right across from the beach, more restaurants than you can count. The room is large and the overall layout was perfect for us. Balcony overlooking the pool and the beach made for pleasant sounds all day. Took advantage of the beach, pool, and gym. Would definitely book again.

My husband and I had a great time at this hotel, and in the condo! The location was great and we appreciated the way the building was set up so you never noticed the Main Street right below. The pool bar had amazing food and great bartenders, and we had incredible meals our entire stay with all the great options around the building! The biggest downside to our stay, the owner had no control over: the hotel was doing alarm testing the whole time we were there. You could hear it from the pool, in the hallways, in the gym, even from the beach. It wasn’t a horrible noise, it was just constant during the day. I was very glad I didn’t book a massage in the building because it would have been a distraction. Even with the testing, would definitely consider staying here again if we ever go back to Ft Lauderdale.
