All amenities were present as advertised. The condo was clean and tidy upon arrival. Location is great near the ski lift if you are here to ski- very convenient ski-on/ski-off location. Communication with the host was fast as well.

Mary was very accommodating and responsive. The house was PERFECT in both location and overall amenities and size. Will definitely be booking again!!

Our host was very helpful and personable. She even texted us when she heard there might be a winter storm there. She made sure we knew where things like a flashlight was located in case the winter storm knock out power, told us we would get ploud out, and other helpful info like that. The condo was very comfortable, and could sleep a lot of guest. In beds up to 10 people. The gas fireplace put out some extra heat on our cold winter nights. Furnace heat work well too. The area is fabulous, with skiing a short walk away. Location is right by (walking distance) the ski mountains. The many towns close by had fun shopping and lots of great restaurants to choose from, including Boyne City 10m, Petosky 25m, Charlevoix 30m, Spring Harbor 30m. All wonderful cities where I felt like I was in a city from a Hallmark movie. We were there for Thanksgiving week, and had a delicious Thankgiving dinner at the Resort next door in Boyne Falls. It was a buffet with many choices, including many meats. Highly recommend the Mushroom Home tour in Charlevoix and the Ski Walk Bridge is right next door from the condo. We had a relaxing and wonderful week vacation in this condo.

Host was friendly with fast easy communication. Pictures match description. Amenities in good condition and clean. Great location within the complex.

Great location and cozy condo with comfortable furniture. Perfect for a family getaway. Feels pretty private as the units are spaced apart with lots of trees. We appreciated the games, puzzles and fireplace on a chilly early fall weekend. Overall clean but could use some attention to detail.

Mary is a good communicator. She promptly responds to your questions and offers suggestions.The property was clean which was very much appreciated but the description on the property is not accurate. It is listed as 3 bedrooms but in fact there are 2 bedrooms and an open loft upstairs. It might be ok for families with kids but having 3 adult couples is definitely not an ideal arrangement. We managed but it would have been nice to know in advance.

We needed an extra night and this was available. It was very relaxing after a long busy week. We used the beach at Deer Lake and found it very relaxing

The house could use a good cleaning. Jets in tub need to be cleaned. Good location.

Everything was wonderful during our stay. The condo was directly slope side as mentioned in the post. Mary reached out once she found out there was some severe weather on the way. We would stay here again if we make it back to Boyne!

The property was clean and well stocked with paper product’s appliances condiments etc. Location was perfect for ski on off. I will look for this unit in the future!

Overall, the property was just as the listing had promoted. The condo was clean upon arrival and all of the promised amenities were functional. This is a great location literally right off of the ski trail if you are coming to visit in the winter time. I would book this condo again in the future for skiing.

Just as the other reviews say, this is a great place! Awesome ski in/ski out location right off the high speed Disciples 8 lift. Owner is great to work with. Highly recommend!

Great location for ski in/ski out, very clean, and good communication from the host. Checked all of the boxes for our family ski trip and we'll be back!

We had two families stay for a long weekend of skiing. It was a perfect location and fit our needs. Tons of sleeping space and the loft is perfect to toss the kids. Wish there was more room in the common area so we could spend time as a group and eating/ playing games together was a challenge, but we would totally stay again.

Everything was wonderful, very clean, directions to get in very easy to follow. Will go back again !

Our family wanted to go on a quick ski trip. This place was perfect to crash at the end of a full day right at the bottom of the hill.

My husband and I booked this for a fall getaway. It was perfect timing for the fall colors! The unit is very comfortable and inviting. We will definitely consider rebooking at this location. Mary was very responsive to anything we presented or asked.

No complaints. Everything was nice and clean. Will stay again. Definitely will recommend.

this property was a very nice place to stay, it was quiet and has a very peaceful surrounding even with other guests nearby in the surrounding condos. It was close to all the amenities, but also felt tucked away. Mary was very accessible and helpful when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed in the area before and when our first option wasn’t available I was thrilled to find this spot on short notice. Such a convenient location allowing us to explore Boyne City, Lavender Hill Farms and Charlevoix and enjoy on-site golf, Sky Bridge and Deer Lake, etc.

We had the chance to take a last minute getaway and luckily found the perfect place to stay! The property was spacious and peaceful. We enjoyed the bike trails and all the outdoor activities that Northern Michigan has to offer. The host was friendly and attentive. We’d definitely stay here again and have already recommended to others!
