    Great location, used the pool and outdoor cooking area a lot. Nice to be near Kings and Queens, close to the beach and Hilton. Would come back.

    We so enjoyed our stay at Fairway Villas in Waikoloa. All our needs of being close to shopping n restaurants were met. We ventured to the beach n enjoyed a few hours watching the turtles come to rest on the shore. Overall, our stay here was wonderful with just a few suggestions to our host. We will return!

    Everything was great. Location without too much travel for golf, shopping, and the airport was perfect for us. The broken coffee pot was replaced quickly. We had a great time!

    This condo was in a beautiful complex and a great location. We ( and our teens) could walk to places to eat, a food market and some local shopping. The condo was very well-cleaned upon arrival. The cleaning products were a little strong as the scent lingered for a couple of days so if anyone is sensitive you may want to tell the management company before arrival. Everything we used in the condo worked well. The beds were fairly comfortable but master bed squeaked a bit so for me, who is a light sleeper, this was a little tough. But hubby was ok with it and children slept well in their beds. The owners may want to add the beach chairs, noodles and boogies boards in the storage closet to the listing (if they want renters to have access). We rented some upon arrival not knowing they were there but it was a nice surprise upon arrival to have extras! Overall I would recommend the location and the unit.

    Communication and instruction prior to arrival was excellent and the property is exactly as described. The unit is located right by the pool which was fantastic! We also found a closet full of beach toys, beach chairs, floaties, pool noodles and more! Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen (except a cookie sheet, could have used one of those). Unfortunately, this positive experience was marred by an air conditioning issue that arose. We contacted the property manager on Saturday. Despite following up again on Sunday morning and again in the afternoon, we received no response until Sunday afternoon when we were informed that maintenance is unavailable on weekends. With temperatures reaching 86 degrees inside the house, sleeping was uncomfortable despite opening all doors and windows. We also paid extra for a late check out, however the property management forgot to update our door lock code and we found ourselves locked out of the house for a period of time, adding unnecessary stress to our departure. While the property itself was lovely and the location perfect, the lack of responsiveness from the property manager regarding the A/C and the late check-out mishap significantly impacted our stay. This could be a great rental option but potential renters should be aware of limitations in weekend support. Despite being promised a call from a manager on Monday to discuss these issues, I had to reach out again and was eventually offered a small refund.

    First impressions are generally positive. Once in, we saw and reported to Kylie a filthy living room carpet with permanent shoe prints and stains. Very disconcerting as family and friends all noted how disgusting it was. We invited various friends and family who also own vacation rentals to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with us. No attempt was made to shampoo or replace the rug during our 3 plus week stay. The oven storage drawer was broken, several window screens were broken and the upper windows had not been washed in a very long time. All 3 televisions displays no signal despite Kyle coming over to fix the problem. She said in a written note which I have a photo of that we could try to leave the living room tv on with no volume if we got it to work at all. The towels are worn, the bed frames are coming apart and the blankets/ Bed linens and pillows are not what one would expect with a $14,000 price tag. The grout is missing on the tub deck in the master bath. In addition, the lovely dining room ceiling fan is missing its remote so there is no way to use it for lighting unless the fan is operational also. Bird droppings were all over the patio furniture which we cleaned ourselves prior to dining outside.The bird excrement is stuck in the chair seat mesh. We feel that before renting this unit again, you need to seriously address these issues. We feel that we paid top dollar for mediocrity and that is a bad faith contract. Disappointing!

    We loved your home. The home had everything and more, snorkel gear, beach chairs, fully kitchened appliances and condiments. Comfortable, large and quiet. Pool, near free beach and parking. Waikoloa is my favorite part of the big island. Away from town and the hustle etc.. but close enough to town for convenience.
