Stayed Feb 23, 2025The place was well furnished. But was at a basement level. The Lanai was nice at ground level. But you have to go down 10 steps below the parking lot to get to the front door. Communication with the manager was not good. They contacted me the day I arrived. Only to ask me to fill out a rental agreement.

Having stayed here before, I knew the condo was beautiful and a perfect place to spend time while on the Big Island. CBIP went out of their way to help us make our kids’ honeymoon special. Got to enjoy the golf course while being centrally located for beaches, great restaurants and the beautiful sites across the Big Island. Home had fully equipped kitchen, multiple bedrooms/bathrooms and all the gear for the beach.

The condo is located in a perfect location. The beds are so comfortable and the showers are great. The kitchen is fully stocked and we loved breakfast on the lanai each morning. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. we was able to visit the beach, the volcano park, and the shopping center within a reasonable drive. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great vacation stay in Hawaii.
