Stayed Dec 2, 2025This was a nice condo, very clean, and in a convenient location. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked for a rental. That said, there were several aspects of our month-long stay that we did not enjoy. We could not use the pool area because of a preponderance of flies that were quite bothersome. While some might find the primary bed comfortable, we didn't. It was too soft for our backs. Our last week there was ruined by very inconsiderate and noisy neighbors above us. And we didn't appreciate being locked out without warning by the system because it resets after 30 days. So we stood on the porch for over an hour with groceries in hand calling an emergency number we were given (that turned out to be not the right number to use) trying to gain access to a condo we had paid for. Not the best scenario. Most of these issues were situational and the next guests could very well not encounter them. Unfortunately, we did.

Stayed Jan 19, 2025This is was our second time staying at Waikoloa Beach Villas but our first time in this unit. It was very clean and as advertised. The beds were very comfortable everything was in good working order and I loved that we were very close to the gym and pool. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Stayed Nov 4, 2024The condo itself was lovely but I would not stay here again due to the property management. They are just way too uptight. One example, I was sitting in the hottub after a long day of hiking and snorkeling at 845pm and a woman from the property management apparently drives around to exert her false sense of power. My siblings were outside the gate and she told them they could not get in. She then rudely yelled at me from the gate that I needed to get out and proceeded to stand at the gate glaring at me while I gathered my clothes. Firstly, the hottub closed at 9. Secondly I paid too much to have some staff member think she can order me (a 40 year old woman) around Lastly, because of their micromanagement, the property is just dead and not a fun place to vacation

Stayed Dec 30, 2023This condo is located across the street from Island Grocery, Queens Shops and Kings Shops. It is about 1 mile from A-Bay/Lava Lava Beach club. The condo was very large, extremely clean, well kept and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with items for cooking, and the BBQ set up in the backyard was great for evening dinners on the lanai. The pool was small, nothing special, but we just drove to different beaches each day. The location to shops and dining was exceptional, and better than the major hotels in the Waikaloa area. We especially loved the mochi malasadas at Island Grocery (they have good grab and go food too), and the Rum Shack. The condo is located on the second story (without an elevator), and has a garage. We would definitely stay here again.
