Very cool old building right in Printers Alley. Beautiful room, very spacious and clean.

Top things: comfortable bed, black out curtains, windows are soundproof, Darold the manager AWESOME! Downers: shower leaks onto floor. Darold gave us extra towels to soak water up. Excellent location location, location! Bring good walking shoes!

We love the Suite Loft at Printer's Alley. It was great location and easy walk to Broadway. The Blues bar across the alley was amazing and late night pizza open 24 hours was a great addition! Highly recommend!!

Would definitely stay here again!! Perfect location, has everything you need!

Very welcoming! Great space! So close to the action! Everything was in walking distance! The place was so cute and easy to access! They even let us extend due to poor weather conditions they made it say easy and accommodating

This was my wife’s first trip to Nashville. Last minute, spur of the moment to celebrate her birthday weekend! We could not have found a better place to stay! It was the PERFECT location and we loved everything about the Suite Loft! Beautiful building lovingly restored! Don’t skip the Bourban Street Blues Bar across the alley!! It has to be one of the best venues in the city! And can’t forget about our amazing host Darnold who was extremely helpful with information about parking, dining, and everything else that you could possibly need!! 10 out of 10!

Close walk

Host was fantastic. Property manager was fantastic! Location was fantastic! The shower door didnt have a seal on the bottom so water came out onto the floor. We put a towel down to catch it. That was about the only negative!!

We appreciated that someone met us at check in, showed us the property and were on site to help out if needed. The Suite was clean and with all the kitchen amenities, we had everything needed for our stay. The proximity to activities in downtown Nashville without all the noise and crowds of people was excellent. If we come back to Nashville, this is where we will stay!

Great location!

Recently came to Nashville with my adult daughter to see Sabrina Carpenter in concert. We wanted to stay downtown so we could walk everywhere. Including to/from the concert. Most hotels were booked, so I came across these Lofts on vrbo. And I am so glad I did!Property manager Darold was so kind and helpful, even helping us find the lofts when our Uber dropped us off at the wrong place. He met us in the alley, walked us to our room (penthouse suite) and showed us all around the room and how everything worked. He recommended different nearby restaurants and things to do. Throughout our stay, he was easy to contact via text anytime we had a question or needed anything. We were treated like royalty! It made our first time in Nashville so special and memorable!Thank you Darold and Printers Alley Lofts owners for all that you did for us!We will never stay anywhere else if we are ever in the area again!I can’t recommend Printers Alley Lofts enough! Just do it!

I recently stayed a short night in Nashville. With limited time and no vehicle, the Printers Alley Loft was the perfect choice for a safe, clean & close to everything Nashville has to offer. I was a 4 min walk to the Ryman Theater, a 5 min walk to Broadway and a 8 min walk the watch the Nashville Predators…everything is a stroll away! The property manager, Darnold, is 100% stand up and greeted / toured me upon arrival.

Really enjoyed our time there. Everything was walkable so made it an awesome location!

This was all about the location. I loved that it was right in the middle of everything. Parking was not my favorite. But we really didnt need to drive anywhere so it worked out. Darold was pretty helpful and made the process go smooth.

We loved staying in this unique little hideaway. Darrold wasa fantastic host, great communication, easy check in, hospitality and a wealth of information on the area. The location was perfect and easy for us to get to Broadway, the river and we even hopped onto scooters to get to few sites. Printers Alley is a world of its own, we enjoyed its scenes and sounds!

This lift suited us well for our stay in Nashville. It was in close proximity to all the places we wanted to go within walking distance. Check in/ out was a breeze and the bed was comfortable. Nice couches and chairs in living area and kitchen. Floors were clean and bathroom was adequate. Would recommend and stay again. Much better than a hotel. Only thing is ice would be nice.

This is the perfect place if you want the best of both worlds it’s close to broadway and then you have the experience of printer’s alley!!! Our stay here was amazing the loft was so clean and we got great advice on breakfast and dinner spots. Would definitely stay here again. The best part of the building is Gir the mayor of printers alley he is the best dog ever!!! The front porch was perfect if you just want a chill night with a drink and people watch. We met great people and enjoyed talking to everyone it made the stay so nice something you do not get with a hotel. It was a great girls weekend!!!

Loved the open concept of loft and bed was super comfortable . I think the price was a little high once you tacked on the cleanjng fee , taxes and the charge for your membership for VRBO. Turns out to be 400 a night. The location was good and the place was clean.

This loft was a cool little place. Close enough to everything. We were able to walk to the various places we wanted to visit easily. Painters Alley is cool as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great location capturing the love of Nashville

Location was excellent. Suite very clean. Darold was amazing with communication and recommendations. I don't normally stay in the same place twice, but I would here again 100%.

Nashville did not disappoint! Neither did our stay. Great staff on site to answer any questions. The location was as advertised! Would highly recommend! Definitely will stay again!

Major Safety Concerns at This Location!!! During our stay, our suite was entered without permission on the last night. While none of our valuables appear to have been taken, it was clear that someone had been inside. Items were moved around, our waters were taken from the fridge, and—most concerning—the restroom was used, the toilet clogged, and left in such a mess that it was unusable.We immediately contacted the manager and asked that the security cameras be reviewed. He assured us he would look into it the following morning. We wanted to leave the property right away, but finding another place at midnight on a Saturday in downtown Nashville was not realistic. Instead, we secured the deadbolt and left first thing the next morning.I followed up with Darold for several days, and while he claimed he was reviewing the camera footage (there were only three rooms on our floor), he continued to delay and downplay the seriousness of the situation. After two full weeks, despite multiple inquiries, I have received no meaningful update from either the property manager or VRBO.We are extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency and accountability. We did not request a refund—we simply want to understand how our room was breached and to see this serious security lapse addressed.

This is a very unique property. Loved the individuality of the building and the decor. Darold was also great ton deal with as was Mike for transport to/from the airport. The location is very handy for walking to everything you want to do. Printer’s Alley is edgy and there is ole Ty to do right outside the door. In spite of being located in a very active spot you cannot hear noise from the street inside. There aren’t major downsides but 2 things stood out. In the unit the sound of the air conditioning is quite loud. You do get used to it but it’s fairly significant. The second is that the lofts are pet friendly which is fabulous however we had guests next to us that had dogs that barked a lot and at least one night til nearly 2 a.m. You can hear noise from the unit next to and above you. Not a dealbreaker but not insignificant.Overall would not let the items mentioned above deter another stay as it is possible not every unit is the same.

We loved staying at this loft! The alley alone is such a neat spot. The loft was just as nice as the pictures. The blackout shades and bed were perfect for sleeping. We parked when we arrived and walked everywhere all weekend. The added bonus was hanging out with our fantastic host Darold and his dog GIR on the patio!

This was a fantastic place to stay! The location was perfect. The room itself was as comfortable as it gets!

We had a great time during our stay. Darold was excellent with communication and he also supplied us with some great suggestions. We took our time on Broadway and listened to some great up and coming artists. We also found great food was a stone’s throw in any direction along the alley. Found some quirky gifts to give to our family and another awesome Christmas tree ornament for us (we collect these on vacation and revisit the trip with a walk down memory lane each Christmas as we decorate our tree). Make yourself at home, you won’t be disappointed!!

This is my favorite place I've stayed. The loft is very clean, spacious, and comfortable - that bed at the end of a night out is a blessing. The whole building is decorated very cool. There's a patio out front to kick back and take in the surroundings. You're literally within FEET of several great bars and restaurants in historic Printers Alley and walking distance to Broadway, Ascend Amphitheatre, and Bridgestone. The property manager is fantastic. He's super helpful, friendly, and communicative (and he has the cutest bulldog). We found our new favorite Nashville brunch place through his recommendations. Overall very impressed with this stay and will definitely book this loft again for future Nashville trips.

I don't know if there'll be enough room to leave a review here but this property was absolutely perfect! I booked this place spur of the moment for a concert we attended at the Ryman since we didn't want to drive back to West Tennessee late at night and we couldn't have been happier. The owner was very communicative with me from the beginning and more than happy to accommodate my wonky schedule by meeting us at the entrance to show us around the property/make sure we were comfortable before settling in while also taking into consideration our limited timeframe before the concert. It was cozy, nice and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything you could possibly need or think of was at our fingertips if we wanted. The jetted tub was fabulous and the eclectic decor made my heart oh so happy. We were able to walk to the Ryman very easily and there are so many restaurants and attractions right nearby to visit on foot which is a plus! The parking garage is also RIGHT THERE and oh--if you drive a full sized truck, be prepared for tight parking in there as it's an older garage: you're able to do it but we saw a number of people in larger SUV's/trucks backing out out of the garage because they thought they couldn't make it work---yes you can and we did. All in all, the only complaint that I had was that I only booked it for one night and I didn't want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful night in Nashville and we will be back for sure! You're a cool dude, too.

Clean with plenty of space and nice and updated amenities. Checkin and checkout were easy, and Darold gave us a great rundown of how things worked in the loft and tips for our stay. Blackout shades were so nice for sleeping in, and we heard very little noise from inside or outside the building. We used our vehicle once to drive to the Grand Ole Opry, but the rest of the time we walked anywhere we wanted to eat or sightsee, which was super convenient.

The pla e was a gem. Darild was great! Highly recommend.

We loved this property - especially the location. While it is an easy walk to Broadway, we really preferred spending time in Printer's Alley where there are many more traditional music venues with amazing artists. The space was clean, nicely decorated and large. It is so perfectly located that when a rainstorm came in, we could literally run across the alley and go to two amazing venues without getting wet. Will stay again!

We loved this property. Easy check in. Darold answered any question right away. We loved the black out shades and the place was quiet even though we’re right in the middle of things in Printers Alley. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Walk to everything in Nashville.

We had a Wonderful time in Nashville! I would highly recommend these Lofts..Beautiful, great location and super easy check in! I would love to come back to Nashville and Stay Here Again!!

Location was amazing and loved the rental unit

First off the check in was simply amazing. The caretaker met us and took us to our room and showed us everything we needed to know. The room itself is an updated feel with old charm of the original building. The location is as good as it gets. Close to everything. Bed was comfy. Place was immaculately clean. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the shower. The stopper didn’t work so the shower still was on when you took a bath. But literally didn’t bother us at all. We never even mentioned it. This place was amazing and the caretaker was amazing. Def stay here if you are coming to downtown!!

LOVE this place and will be back. Printers Alley is such a neat place and this apartment is right in the middle of all of it. Decorated perfectly and has anything you might need. A block or 2 from Broadway. Will be back for sure.

Funky - Clean, Spacious & Convenient - We enjoyed our stay!

This was not a planned trip, we happened to have some time off & wanted to do something fun for New Years so we quickly decided to make a trip to Nashville another factor was our oldest son lived 2 1/2 hrs away & was able to come see us. This was our 2nd Vrbo in Nashville during this trip. We decided to move here to be walking distance to the strip. Communication w/Darold was prompt. Upon arrival he greeted us, helped us unload our things, taking us to our loft. The loft was just as expected per photos on site. Bed was comfy, if you like firm pillows I would suggest bringing your own. There is a Jacuzzi, we tried it but ran out of hot water to fill it. Loved location, small bars & karaoke located right outside the building in a light up alley. Parking not included, most parking garages around are pricey but Darold directed us to a lot within walking distance that was 20 a day vs 40-45, parking garage was maned so we did not worry about our vehicle. Make sure to bring your own ziplocks, tin foil, seasonings & sugar if you plan on cooking. We ate several meals in the loft but there definitely a plethora of places to eat in the area. Darold told us about a 24hr Sicilian pizza place just down the alley which we did try, it was delicious. There is an Urban market within walking distance, they do not carry tinfoil or ziplock bags. If you are staying for more than a day or 2 & plan on doing laundry bring your own laundry soap it is expensive at the Urban market. Would stay again

Clean cozy comfortable loft. Just blocks from anywhere you want to go. Put the truck in a parking garage after arriving and unloading, and didn’t drive again until time to leave.

Great location - great room - awesome host

Everything is wonderful? Clean, well-appointed, well located and convenient. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. We both awoke with neck and back issues. My husband ended up in urgent care for a shot and medication due to back pain after sleeping on the bed. I would recommend a better mattress.

Wonderful unique studio loft space. Location was perfect, right in Printers Alley and we could walk everywhere in downtown Nashville. Clean and comfortable space. Old, eclectic building so wood floors were very loud and creaky but thats part of the charm. You could also hear others walking around. Communication between owner and the property manager was outstanding!

Neat, eclectic place! The suite was just as described, very open with lots of space, furniture/bed very comfortable. Great location to walk anywhere you need. The communication was very good with the owner and on-site manager. We really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend, as we would stay again.

I stayed with a friend from my childhood for a long weekend. We had the BEST time, and this loft was so cool in every regard. The attention to detail on the building and our unit was amazing. The location was awesome. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Property management was awesome! Greeted my gf and I in person and showed us everything we needed to know. The Loft was beautiful with exposed architecture and creative decor. The whole area had a super chill laid-back vibe.

What a perfect space to stay. Though we were in the middle of it all, our loft was very quiet (and lovely). We really enjoyed sitting on the patio people watching, talking to manager and meeting his pup. Friendly staff wonderful vibe

Everything about this place hits the nail on the head for excellent. The property manager was awesome- met us upon arrival, gave us recommendations and even hung out with us with his adorable dog one night on the terrace. Cool, quirky little signs were around the property. It’s spacious, decorated super cool with exposed beams, full modern kitchen and sitting area. We stayed in the suite which had 2 tvs (we didn’t watch them but good info to have). The area is top notch: Printers Alley has cool music and bars. Only a few blocks from Broadway if that’s your thing. We saw a concert and that was within walking distance (Bridgestone). The Uber over to Opryland and airport was reasonable. We also took an Uber to the botanical gardens for something to do to detox. I highly recommend this property, location, manager, and the area it’s located in. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Nashville for fun!

WOW!! The Printers Alley Lofts are awesome. Everything was great. This was our first time in Nashville. The location is perfect - you can walk to everything even the Titans stadium. The staff/property manager was very cordial and easy to work with. The unit itself was unique but complete - you won't find that at a hotel.Easy to get to whether you're driving or not. Highly recommend!!
