Location was very nice and at beach in minutes(3 minutes) walking

Everything was nice.

The place was perfect for us and we loved the access to the beach! We also loved the Tiki bar! Web was so much fun! The coffee shop was awesome and we loved the staff!

This unit was exactly as advertised. It did not disappoint. We would definitely stay here again! The views from the front door and the balcony were both amazing. From the balcony you can see the sunrise and the front door you can see the sunset. Let’s not forget the tiki bar because we made lots of trips to it for great beach day food and frozen drinks!

Beautiful condo w spectacular ocean views. Gave 3 for check in process only bc 2 elevators were working but that was cleared up during the week. You should probably plan to rent chairs and umbrellas as those are much closer to the water than where you’re allowed to set up camp if you bring your own. Destin is fabulous

If was ok

It was a stormy weekend but we enjoyed the condo which had a view that allowed us to watch the storms roll in. The resort was lovely and I highly recommend it. This condo would have been tight if you had 6. It was just perfect for my adult son and myself.

everything was what i expected and more. could not have a nicer stay and the people that took care of us were very nice and very cordial

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Great location to restaurants, entertainment and access to the Beach and other amenities. We will stay here every time we come back.

Needed a place to stay for a soccer tournament and we love staying on the beach. The condo was excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the soccer tournament was canceled, but we were still able to make a great short vacation out of it. Would choose this condo again if we get the opportunity.

Awesome view of the ocean. People very friendly and helpful.

Barbara was very responsive, and quickly dealt with a small issue we had at chekib.

Weekend getaway for shopping and relaxation

Overall, enjoyed our stay. Rental unit was as expected. Loved being on the beach & having a nice view from our balcony. Loved that all the pools were heated. On site restaurant & Tiki bar were closed for the season. Unsure when they reopen but be aware if visiting during offseason. Would recommend to others.

The condo was amazing. The view was from the corner of the condo not what I thought I was getting. Make sure you ask if it’s actually front view of the beach. Unless you want limited beach area do not rent a condo from pelican beach resort! They have specific beach rules that are ridiculous!!!! I will NOT be getting a condo from the pelican beach resort again because of the beach rules!! They have security making sure you stay within the lines of the beach area marked off for the specific resort. If I can’t even walk on the other condos sand without getting asked what color band I have on then this is definitely not an area for me!!!!

We loved this resort and condo! Was close to everything and was a good size. We didn’t mind that the beach was busy, as we came in the fall. Would stay here again!

Lots if fun rhings to do. Beach was beautiful. 3 pools so never really crowded. 2 chairs & beach umbrella was a bit expensive, but personal beach coverings were prohibited so it was organized & people kept their music quite & just for their set up.

This place was very clean, it had a great view and the communication with the owner was great!

I booked this place for 5 days. All of the pictures don’t do it justice. The view of the beach was breathtaking. Everything was spotless. I didn’t feel like I had to clean before I sat down. The pools were also amazing. Ms. Barbara was so nice and very easy to work with. She was always available for any concerns, but we didn’t have any. I texted her when the garbage disposal wouldn’t work. Someone was up there in just a few minutes and fixed it. Thanks again Ms. Barbara for sharing your lovely place. We would definitely stay again.

We have vacationed in Destin for many years staying at many different condos. We love Pelican for a lot of reasons. One of them being condos like the one we stayed in this summer. It was clean, comfortable, check-in was a breeze, security was present and visible every day, we were directly on the beach, and everyone was so accommodating. I had to reach out to Barbara a couple times and she was very quick to respond and accommodate us every time. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

The condo was very nice and clean. Had a wonderful view of the beach and downtown Destin.

The location and amenities this place has is unmatched! My family and I stayed here for a week and we were very impressed with literally everything. The cleanliness of the place, the on site tiki bar and cafe, THE VIEW from the room, the pools, literally everything. It’s hard to find places in Florida with all those things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will be making this our every year vacay spot ?☀️?️

Barbra communicated from start to finish. The place was exactly how it was pictured and easy access to get in. She even gave us places to see and made recommendations of what to do to make our stay better

The condo was beautiful with great beach views. We had everything we needed. The host was wonderful and made our stay excellent. Would highly recommend this condo.
