For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity is capped at ₱5,000 per month. Usage beyond this amount will be charged separately. Meter readings are recorded at check-in and check-out.

Transportation

The condo does not offer a shuttle service. For those without a car, the front desk can provide tricycle contacts for transport assistance.

Power Interruptions Notice

Electricity in the area is supplied by BATELEC (not Meralco). In case of outages, emergency lights, two backup outlets, and a fan are provided.

Note: Since the property is in a mountain area, you may encounter insects, bugs, or hear farm animals nearby. This is part of the natural setting and charm—bringing insect repellent is recommended.
