Stylish Loft Near Centennial Park!

The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated, and conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again in the future.

Overall, a great stay. If you prefer a firmer mattress, look elsewhere. Everything was well-maintained and the Samsung TV Plus option was a great amenity. I was able to find something leisure to watch without the hastle of signing in my streaming account for such a short stay. I also appreciate the welcome bathroom and kitchen kit from Grand Welcome. Although it wasn't sunny during my stay, the windows provided ample natural light. I cannot speak of the kitchen amenities as I did not use anything other than the refrigerator and microwave which were both clean and functional. Parking was fine and the location was perfect! Plenty of walkable sites as well as a short drive to downtown Nashville. I'd recommend and would stay here again.

Plenty to like about this unit—clean, comfortable, and in a great setup overall. The one thing I wish I’d known in advance is the noise level.During my week-long stay, I had several late nights where I was kept awake by loud cars driving through the neighborhood, and the walls/floors felt thin enough that normal neighbor activity carried clearly (conversations through the walls and footsteps/noise from the unit above). Most mornings I was also up around 7:30am due to a neighboring guest taking work calls.If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to sound, keep this in mind. Aside from that, it was an ideal place and I’d gladly stay again with the right expectations (or earplugs).

The place was clean & so comfy! We had everything we needed & the host responded quickly to the one question we had about parking. Would definitely stay again!

Pretty nice.Only issue was that the walls were very thin, and we could hear… activities happening through the wall in the bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. The hosts wereprompt to respond to our questions about parking and address a problem at the unit. We will definitely look to stay again.

We went to Nashville to celebrate our anniversary. The condo’s location was central to everything we wanted to do and see (Broadway, Ryman, The Grand Ole Opry, Franklin, The Farmers Market, Germantown, etc). The accommodations were clean and quiet, and the parking garage was fantastic. We had a minor hiccup trying to get in late Tuesday night, but the management company was on it and quickly helped us resolve our issue. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location

The property was wonderful! Check-In was easy. The only problem we had is the information for check out was emailed during the trip and I did not have access to my email at that time. The location was great....we were close to everything. I will definitely be staying again should we be in Nashville!

Very clean, well located property…property was bigger than expected and provided a nice home feel to it…definitely recommend and will use when I come back to Nashville
