Stylish Escape with Shared Pool, Direct Beach Access, Private Balcony & Ocean View

We love staying at this property. The sound of the waves crashing lull us to sleep each night. The beach and historic Nye Beach shops are right at our doorstep. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and kitchen well equipped.

Had all we needed, location , quiet

Afer a rocky time entering the unit, everything went very well. The door code wouldn't work, but that was resolved after a couple of phone calls and a couple of text messages and some lost time. The unit itself was nice and the location and view were very nice. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the help from an employee from those units who was very knowledgable.

Great spot and location. Good amenities. Really a lot of steps down to beach, which is not great.

All really great, and we will return! However they need to hang the clock above the bed more securely - a thumbtack is not enough for that heavy and large time piece. Though it did not fall on us, I took it down to pull the battery and it was about to fall. Also quick adjustment to the front door would be helpful to neighbors - it is loud trying to shut from outside. These fixes will make it perfect!

Great view but not easy access to the beach. Nye Beach is a fun area

Excellent location for beach access and walking to Nye Beach. Good condition, and a nice balcony facing the ocean. The bed is comfortable, but the stand is a bit tall. Plenty of kitchen wear. Could have used a bit more cleaning on the counters, etc. Also, a table would be great at which to eat, instead of just the counter. We will definitely return!!

Everything we expected and more !

The balcony was the hit! Kitchen stocked! All coffee and tea, was more than expected!

Upon arrival there was a musty odor in the unit. We were able to cover it with a scented candle but had to buy a candle to cover it up. There were several towels and wash cloths that looked like they were put up unwashed: makeup, toothpaste, hair etc. That always puts doubt about how clean anything else is: dishes, silverware etc. a few items were in a state of disrepair: kitchen counter Formica edge, gap in flooring. Also the sponge mat on the shower floor is not very sanitary when there are multiple guests using it. The view was great, the bed was comfortable, the decor was nicely done.

Definitely was a great beach house stay

My husband and I loved this condo! Here are some standouts: the complete ocean view from expansive windows and private patio with 4 chairs and a table, on-site access to beach, Nye Beach shopping and dining district within walking district, the king sized comfortable bed with nice sheets and extra pillows, nice kitchen with just about everything you might need, two closets with plenty of hangers for clothes, quiet complex, assigned parking, and excellent and lightning fast customer service! We will definitely be back. We love the Newport area of the coast and this condo was an attractive and comfortable place to relax for the week.

We enjoyed every minute in the condo. We had everything we wanted or needed with one of the best views we’ve ever had. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. We would absolutely book there again!

This was a great little studio.

Beautiful apartment, view over the sea was fantastic, short walk to a number of eating and drinking places, with good range of establishments able to cope with complex food allergies.

The entry code was too long.

Very well appointed and clean. Located in a quiet community right off the beach. The ocean view is breathtaking! The property has beach access and several shops and eateries within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy beachfront studio, and will defintely book again for our next visit.

Very nice little condo with excellent balcony and view. The unit is well stocked with everything you might need The 10 am checkout time is a little unreasonable, especially during the off season. They sent us a note telling us we could check in early but we were already on route to arrive at close to 4 pm, so couldn't take advantage of that. We travel a lot and found these check-in/out policies somewhat rigid compared to the norm.

Favorable. Getting TV to work was a struggle until we got prompt help from a pleasant manager

Location is unbeatable, high above the beach with excellent views of the ocean and surroundings. The king bed was great, kitchen had lots of appliances, tableware and cutlery and there is a decent bathroom. Shops and restaurants close by. Quiet complex and the appartment comes with a private parking space.

Loved the view & easy access to the beach. Also really appreciated the full kitchen. Very comfortable & inviting condo. Close to everything in Nye Beach & Newport too
