Stayed Dec 28, 2025I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jacob's place in Moab, and it was an amazing experience! Although I didn’t meet Jacob, José and his cleaning team were fantastic—they were friendly and ensured everything was spotless upon our arrival. The property itself was great We absolutely loved the sauna, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The outdoor fire pit created a cozy atmosphere for evenings under the stars, and the gas grill made cooking a breeze! The location was ideal for accessing all the incredible sights in Moab. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities.

Stayed Nov 6, 2025Host was very responsive. Clean. Quiet. Nice little courtyard out back with a fire pit and sauna. Very convenient location to the main street in Moab. Short walk to City Market and other amenities. Ideal for a couple wanting to visit Moab and surrounding areas.

Stayed Sep 9, 2025Excellent location, convenient to Downtown Moab, Arches and Canyonlands. Very clean and quiet. No laundry on property so we used the coin laundry across the street. The manager said she had tried to have VRBO remove it from the listing but was not successful. We would still recommend Casita 2!

Stayed Aug 31, 2025An excellent place to stay in Moab! Impeccably clean, and you couldn't ask for a better location - a quiet residential neighborhood about a block off of Main St. Walk to the Moab Brewery in 5 minutes, to the Blu Pig in under 10, and downtown is only a half-mile or so away. The balcony was a very nice place to have coffee in the morning, and to unwind in the evening.Karen, the local contact, is fabulous! We had a minor issue shortly after arriving, and she had the maintenance guy there to take care of it in about 15 minutes. My only gripe is the very limited storage space for the guests' stuff - 2 small closets (only a few hangers) and the bathroon vanity drawers. That's about it.No question about it - I'm staying here the next time I come to Moab!

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Overall, great place for our needs! Being out and about from early morning til later evenings, didn't spend a lot of time in the unit itself. That being said, made for a great base camp for the week, with almost all the essentials one would need. The unit did not have a toaster or a lot of room within the bedroom for luggage/clothing storage, but can more than make do for two people. Would highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025This stay provided exactly what it needed to. It was convenient for a short stay to explore Moab and the parks. There were just a few things that we think could’ve improved it a little! 1. The fridge was on the coldest setting, but did not keep things cold. We were too nervous to keep leftovers in there, which stinks! 2. An addition of a coffee table would be great to improve the function of the space! 3. The balcony area is practically unusable because of it facing the sun, and all the birds nests and bird droppings on it. Even when the sun went down sitting out there wasn’t possible because it was pretty dirty. 4. There was a large wad of hair that wasn’t ours left in the shower. 5. The tv is very grainy and could stand to be updated. The space is small and wouldn’t be comfortable for more than 2 people, but as a party of 2 it fit our needs! Check in was smooth. Host was communicative. If we’re ever back in Moab I’d be happy to stay if a few things were updated, the fridge being my biggest need!

Stayed Jun 3, 2025Perfect oasis for spending time in Moab, great to have a small kitchen for meals, and the outside deck and patio spaces are wonderful. Operable windows with screens a really nice touch.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025I will start with the good. Outside is cool and well kept, kitchen has everything you need, fridge, 4 burrner electric sovs and oven, dish wahser, coffee pot and filters, microwave, and pleanty of cook ware and dishes. Great hair dryer in bathroom, plenty of towels, and paper products. Jose the local contact and maintenence man was very responsive and great. It stops there. Kitchen faucet broken handle comes off and sprayed water everywhere. Peel and stick crappy flooring coming up and we tripped on it multiple times. The bedroom, it drives me nuts when owners do this. Minimum room size for a king bed is 12ft x 12ft. This room is 8 x 8 with a 2 x 3 closet in it. There is less than a foot on one side of the bed 2 foot on the other and closet useless because the door opens into foot of bed cannot open all the way. There is no furniture, nowhere to place your suit case!Deadbolt not alligned and will not lock.Dishes on shelf dirty with food we had to wash.Cooking sheets under stove dirty with left over greasy food we had to clean. The housekeepers leave an envelope for a tip. First, no. House was not clean. Second I rent a VRBO and expect all cleaning fees to be included, so no again. Screen door did not function correctly very hard to open and close.Blinds in living area torn.Coach is crap, very few furnitings and TV swings out from wall to be infront of coach, less than 5 feet from your face. There is alot more but I am at of room. There are better places

Stayed Apr 7, 2025The property is super cute and clean. We had a 5 night stay. Location is decent about 5 min drive to the touristy shops and eating area of town. Laundromat is right down the street. There are 5 units and 4 parking spots one is a handicap spot. Check in instructions say first come first served and 1 car per person. Minimal street parking was available. Toilet seat was cracked and pinched. Message sent to rental company after we left about it so not sure if it got fixed.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024Overall liked and enjoyed the accommodation very much. Not too cozy or comfy, the couch not at comfortable and the chairs at the counter are metal. didn’t like that there was an envelope to ask for a tip for cleaning when we paid $75 for cleaning fee
