- This home may not be suitable for snowbirds. Also note that beach towels are not provided.
- This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund. There is a $15 per person amenity fee that must be paid via a registration link that will be supplied upon booking. This fee grants access to the pool and private beach.

Stayed Nov 20, 2025Needs to be updated. The view was stunning, I was NOT happy about the late check in and the early checkout. I was locked out of the property at 930 AM and had to sit and call Vacasa to get a new code to reenter the unit. I was happy that we were able to access the property amenities early and late. The furniture and beds were comfortable but definitely needs painting and updates. I would come back.

Stayed Mar 27, 2024Everything was great except too many rules for me…I.e. must always wear wristbands, no smoking anywhere except far away near a very busy street, security (the female one) is just rude, and etc.

Stayed Mar 2, 2024Myself and my two teenage daughters enjoyed our recent trip to Destin. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The location couldn’t be better for both enjoying the beautiful beaches or shopping and dining around town. We will definitely consider it again for future stays.

Stayed May 13, 2023There was no plastic dining ware for children to use. I had a 1 and 3 year old with me. No single pool or beach amenity in the room to share/use. Outlet covers falling off walls, light switches that do nothing, ceiling fans that don’t work. Had to pay $50/day for beach umbrella/2 chairs. $10/person for a pool wristband and parking pass. So factor that into the cost.

Stayed Oct 8, 2022this was a great location. didnt like that the garage was so dark from the pool to the elevators. Everythign is locked down with door codes which is great except for the garage area. One day we had someone strange man just walking around the garage and made you feel a little uncomfortable. Did not like that you to rent the chairs to site close the beach. I was told that I had to set up behind the chairs with my blanket. I do not like to have a chair and umbrella I use just my blanket. Makes it hard to watch the kids in the water if I have to be behind the chairs. Grounds were very well kept the tile floors in the unit can use a good cleaning. We really did enjoy our time and I would consider staying in this unit again. We like to come to Destin every oct.
