Stunning Waterfront Condo with deck, Walk to Shops and Restaurants

Everything was as described and even closer to downtown than we realized! An easy quick walk to Mornings in Paris for breakfast. We also walked to the Franciscan Monestary to do the trails and then down to Gooch Beach. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 3.

The condo was very clean. All our needs were met. The host responded immediately to our every need. We will return!

Just a great place to stay for a visit to the Kennebunk/Kennebunkport area. We have stayed several times and its always super clean, comfortable and quiet with great interior light and views. Highly recommended!!!

This place is gorgeous. It is a short walk to all the cool shops and restaurants that Kennebunkport has to offer and a great location from which to explore the region between Portsmouth NH (which we highly recommend) to Portland. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Very accessible and walkable to all the town has to offer.... shopping, restaurants, live music and walking paths. Condo was very well appointed and cozy. There was lots of lawn maintenance and repairs (noisy) going on while we were there, but didn't last too long. Other than that, we really enjoyed the deck :-).

Stayed 5 days in Sept. Could not ask for a better location. Within walking distance to all the KPT shops and restaurants. Place is clean, host is thoughtful w/everything from parking to where to eat. Well stocked kitchen. Nice patio. Very quiet area. Great to rest, relax and stroll the area.

Beautiful waterfront condo, ideal location.

You have a nice rental unit. we liked many of its characteristics, there were a number of disappointments from problems with the unit that we were not made aware of. The response from the host was very unapologetic and minimizing. We should have been made aware of these problems before arriving or at least on arrival..You did not tell us about the dishwasher problem. We had to find out that it was broken by ourselves. If as you say it is a relatively new unit you should be able to get a replacement part, even if it may have taken some effort. Hardly any of the glasses looked actually clean on our arrival. I found myself putting some aside or hand washing them before using. Same could be said for the utensils, cutlery, flatware and some dishes. The instructions to get all food off of the dishes was an attempt to make them look clean, but they were not,. They were essentially rinsed, because the detergent largely washes out before the wash cycle occurs, as a result of the broken detergent holder.. I ended up hand washing most everything and putting them in the dishwasher for rinsing. Not the way it should be. With this problem really requiring people to hand wash to get dishes actually clean, you should put a dish rack on the counter at least for now.The second bedroom is very, very small with no air conditioning. To add to that, the windows did not stay open, making that room hot the door was kept open and running excessively the LR air conditioner.

The unit is perfect for 2 couples! Great location. Short walking distance to Dock Square. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck to have morning coffee and late afternoon drinks and snacks. Very peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Very clean and updated unit. Beach pass, beach chairs and towels were an added bonus! Owner was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Another fantastic summer vacation was enjoyed here. Comfortable, clean, and well-appointed condo overlooking the trees and k-port. Close enough to walk to town and the beach to truly be car-free for the week, too!

We had a great stay. Wonderful location. The condo was well kept and had all the necessities.

The property is beautiful and is conveniently located. It is a very easy walk to the shops and restaurants. It has lovely furniture in the entire condo. Everything has been totally renovated and the quality of the furnishings is very good. The condo is immaculate in every sense of the word.

Great location with easy access to Dock Square. Super clean and well decorated! Several places to eat nearby. Speedy replies from owners and recommendations of places to check out in Kennebunkport. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!!

It was just as Shiela had told us. We told her that we would be arriving late and she had a light left on for us. They also converted the twin beds into a king. My grandson and his wife said their bed was very comfortable as was ours. We were very relaxed and enjoyed our time both inside and out. Great location.

Loved the beautiful condominium. Very comfortable, lots of windows, and great location to get anywhere in Kennebunkport or beyond. The host, Sheila, is very responsive and helpful.

Sheila and Tom’s condo is just lovely. The furnishings well chosen and the beds comfy.You can see that the location is on the river. The kitchen is well stocked. Sheila was extremely helpful when we ended up with a flat tire just as we pulled into town. I can’t begin to tell you how lovely everyone is in this magical gem of a town. So A to our hosts, all those we met and certainly our first, but not our last jaunt to the Maine Coast this Summer!

Great space and location for two adult couples or a small family. Clean, kitchen well stocked, kind of tight second full bath, very close to shops/restaurants/bars. Nothing bad to say.

This was our first stay in Kennebunkport and the location of this rental was perfect! The accommodations fit our needs and we appreciated having the porch to relax in after our full days of sightseeing. We also appreciated the beach pass and chairs, though we didn’t stay long enough to use them. Sheila was incredibly responsive with her communications, as well. It was a wonderful stay!

Condo was exactly as advertised. Very well equipped. Balcony was nicer than pictures portrayed. Everything in town was in easy walking distance. Was nice to be out of the most congested part of town. Would highly recommend for a couple of small family.

We had a lovely week in this condo. It was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had anything you could ever need! We also loved the deck and the pastry shop up the street!

We’ve been to Kennebunkport many times, and this is the best VRBO option ever! Everything was just perfect. We loved the outside area, and sat out there every evening! The home is meticulously designed and maintained, and Sheila was very helpful and responsive.

We had an amazing stay! The condo itself is beautiful and has everything that you need. We enjoyed its amenities like the private outdoor deck and grill for the complex. You can't beat the location as it is an easy walk to all of the local shops and restaurants. We felt like we were in the center of the excitement while still having a calm space to relax in. As hosts, Sheila and Tom went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Even little touches like providing information on favorites in the area went a long way. We couldn't have asked for a better place with better hosts and would recommend it to all. We definitely hope to be back in the future!

This creekside home is perfectly located, walking distance to all Kennebunkport offers! The balcony is the highlight. The super comfortable chairs overlook the creek. We did have some checkin challenges that the owner quickly responded to. There was also a rodent problem, which I’m sure the owner will take care of immediately! Yet it did make our stay less ideal.

The condo was clean, quiet and conveniently located walking distance from the village. The kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. We enjoyed watching the movement of the tide from the cozy deck. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a beach parking pass available.

Sheila and Tom are wonderful hosts and their condo is perfect for our family of 3! Condo offerd Bedroom / 3 Bathroom [1 w/shower, the other with shower and tub!), spacious kitchen, dining area for 8-10, and living room (with office style desk for wfh needs), and a large outdoor deck.

We so enjoyed our week in Kennebunkport at the condo. Everything was exactly as described. It was a beautiful accommodation overlooking the river, and perfectly appointed. The location was so convenient to everything! It was the perfect size for 3-4 people. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. A little piece of heaven!
