Stunning Villa -2 OCEANFRONT bedrooms each with ensuite baths & private patios!

We had the perfect getaway for our family of four. Julie was quick to respond and very accommodating! We loved every bit of this trip… our first to Amelia Island!

I vacationed with my husband and disabled brother. The condo is beautiful, even during a tropical storm. It has storm shutters, which keep everything and everyone safe during severe storms. It is on the ground floor, making it a safer place for those with physical disabilities. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors onto patios facing the ocean, and the living room has a full wall of windows facing the ocean. The beds and furniture are comfortable and attractive. The kitchen is well appointed. There are enough towels and linens, paper and cleaning products, beach chairs and towels (which is unusual!). The patios are lovely for coffee or wine (if you drink it), and just listening to the ocean. The owners communicated very well with me, and were very prompt with answers to any questions (even dumb ones). We would definitely stay again.

Perfect vacation rental! Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great communication with the owners and easy check in and out. Thoughtful touches like books, beach chairs and towels, games, coffee etc.We come every year.

This condo was the perfect place for our young family to stay, with easy access to walk to the beach carrying little ones, a lush green space behind the double patios to play in with cute brown bunnies everywhere, two pools close by and the perfect view of the gorgeous sunrise in the morning from all rooms. We also appreciated the beach chairs and towels along with an equipped kitchen so we could pack a little less! We had a power blip but it was addressed promptly and Julie was so kind and responsive. Thank you.

We have a wonderful two weeks at this very clean, roomy, and well-outfitted condo. As others have noted, the ground floor access was especially nice. It's really convenient to be able to walk out of the condo on the ocean side and head right down to the beach!! We appreciated the little things, like the backpack beach chairs (we are going to buy a couple - they are amazing!!), the beach towels, and the super equipped kitchen. We are already planning our return trip to this wonderful condo on this spectacular beach!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The view could not be beat. It was very well appointed - everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals, and it was really nice to have some extras, like beach chairs and board games. Everything was very clean. Check in/check out was really easy. The instructions sent ahead of time was really helpful too. We definitely recommend!

The condo had easy access to beach and pools. We appreciated having beach chairs available since we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. It was clean and well equipped for everything we needed during our stay. Julie was quick to respond to my questions before our arrival, and I never had to contact her for anything during our stay, which is always a good thing. ?

This was my family's first trip to Amelia Island and we loved it! This condo was beautiful and comfortable. It had the perfect first floor location with easy access to both the beach and the pool. Julie was very easy to reach and very accommodating. We would definitely come back!!

We have come here every year for the past 12 years. This was the first time we stayed in this condo and all of us agree that this was the best place we ever stayed. It’s clean and it had plenty of space to put away your clothes and kitchen items. The fact you could see the ocean from the first floor was a huge bonus. We loved the space we had. The two master suites was a plus! We even forgot something and the host was great in notifying us and making sure we got it back. We hope we can stay here again.

This condo is in the perfect location near the pool, a very short walk down the boardwalk to the beach, yet tucked in a quiet corner of the complex. The host was very helpful and responsive! Will definitely book again!!
