Stunning views, newly RENOVATED, beachfront, end-unit condo! Heart of Destin!

Great stay, convenient location, great amenities

We gave this property five stars, but my daughter said we would have given more if they were offered! Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. Perfect condo, perfect location, wonderful memories made!! Kibbie was wonderful and everything was exactly as advertised!! We will book again when coming back to Destin!!

Truly enjoyed our week in this beautiful condo. You can expect your needs to be anticipated while staying here. Easy check in, great communication, very clean (and my standards are high), lovely location, and view. We saw dolphins many times from the balcony. Hope to stay again soon!

Our stay was perfect. Our condo was spotless, spacious and perfect for 6 adults. Kibbie was the very best to work with. She ALWAYS answered our email within 10 minutes if not sooner. Would want to rent from her again!

My family has been going to Destin for most of my life when we go to the beach. This was absolutely the best place we stayed that is 3 bedroom. AND IT HAS 3 BATHROOMS! I went with my mother, brother and his wife, husband and 2.5 yr old. This was perfect for us. The condo looks just as listed, amazing views and super cute decor. We will definitely return!

This was our 1st time in Destin and we absolutely loved it. Everything about it was beautiful.

The condo its shelf is nothing short of amazing! It has the most stunning views! It truly was breathtaking to wake up and see beautiful clear waters and white sandy beaches right at your “doorstep”. We came for the week of the 4th of July. We have been to PCB several times but have never been to Destin before and was so excited to see what it had to offer. This area was prefect! It’s a private beach so it’s not over crowded at all! We walked down the beach to a local restaurant that Kibbie recommended and was shocked by how crowded and the difference not even a half of mile down the beach was! It ever felt like that at Emerald Towers! Even with it being a holiday week with the parking lot full of cars it never felt that way. We never had to wait for the elevator, or a spot at the pool. There is a bathroom downstairs behind the pool area that we used often it was always so clean! Really the entire property was extremely clean! Every morning you would find staff swiping and mopping the hallways and elevators! (You could seriously smell the fresh cleanliness!) There is a rule about not being able to use your own umbrellas and needing to purchase the beach service in front of the condos that we weren’t made aware of until we arrived. However Kibbie was great about getting accommodations for us free of charge which we greatly appreciated! You are minutes away from everything here!

I have done a number of VRBO’s over the past four years and this one was the best. The location was fantastic and the rental itself had some of the best views ever. our party consisted of my wife, daughter and MIL, and given that she is getting up in age and it might be our last vacation together we surprised the MIL by flying in my son from Los Angeles. Everyone loved the place!!! Thanks for providing the facilities for a wonderful time!

This unit has definitely had some great improvements with renovations. The host provided many “bonus” items for our use that were very nice and not typically provided. View was amazing. The condo unit was easy to access, gated and a short walk right to the beach. It did not feel crowded like the mega condos do. We paid for our beach setup and loved that. Our main feedback would be regarding the true feasibility to comfortably sleep 8 adults/older children. The primary bedroom had a queen. The second room had a Murphy bed king size. The third room was designed to sleep 4 in a very small space one of the beds being a pull out where you’re basically on the floor and no way to walk around the room when it was in use. The top bunk was difficult to access with the dresser placement and not easy to access for our teenager of adult stature. The queen bottom bunk was against the wall and would be tight for two. There is no pull out couch as an alternative. I wouldn’t recommend planning to sleep 8 if most of the group are adults or older children.

We love the location of this place!! It was perfect!! Everything you need in a vacation home! We can’t wait to book it again!!

It was a beautiful unit. The only thing I would recommend is to have blankets for the beds. We will stay here again!
