Stayed Jul 7, 2025We had a great time in 404. Very clean, great view, very comfortable. The location is very easy to access beach. Pools were great after being at the beach. The check-in process wasn't explained very clear, that was our only hiccup. You check in at front desk and they give you keys. We’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 27, 2024The condo was decorated beautifully. However, the dishwasher was out of order, per the sign on the dishwasher.; this should’ve been disclosed before renting. The floors were very unclean. The master bath shower was clogged. The shower head detachment didn’t not work. And most of all, there was no hot water, which was promptly addressed. And the smell of pet urine was unbearable.
