Relax in luxury in this beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that is perched on the 6th floor of Station One and has expansive ocean views! The condo has been carefully thought out with attention to every detail to ensure that your vacation memorable, enjoyable, and most importantly, comfortable.

“Isle be Back” features a delightful open floor plan that maximizes the kitchen space and function without compromising the spectacular views. The blue hues carry through the open kitchen, dining area, and living room which flow out to the balcony for unobstructed view of the seemingly endless Atlantic! Enjoy the beautiful landscape from the master bedroom has a king bed which also features an access to the balcony and its own stylishly updated bathroom. The guest room is furnished with bunk beds and a separate twin bed with trundle – great for kids! For larger families there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that can be utilized.

The desirable Station One complex offers spectacular ocean views from your private balcony, a communal grilling area with picnic tables, a crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Twin, 1 Bunk (twin over twin), 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access, Communal Grilling Area.

The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W528 – Isle be Back” as a vacation rental.

*Please Note: Station One will be completing building updates during the off-season. Contractors may be onsite Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Guests can expect some daytime noise and activity in common areas while work is in progress. Thank you for your understanding as these improvements are made to enhance the property.*

    Excellent condo - can't beat the location and the views! The kitchen was beautiful, big and really well stocked for cooking. The management company was responsive and made checkin/check out easy. We did need to use the pull out couch as well, which was older and had some hooks that had fallen off making the mattress sag in spots. Overall the condo was gorgeous - would come back!

    The beautiful ocean front 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was well equipped and very clean. We love the location for walking to restaurants, coffee shop and The Loop. Highly recommend.

    A friend and I made a quick trip to Wrightsville to put our feet in the sand and relax. The arrival day was during the no-name tropical storm that hit the area. Upon arriving, we noticed some window damage to the condo but reported it to maintenance. Station One is a great location to walk to some area restaurants and use the causeway without too much hassle. The condo was well appointed. The list of items we needed to provide for ourselves (received from Bryant) was more a standard message. When we arrived, we noticed the owners had already supplied most items. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked well. Would return again.

    Our family of 4 stayed here during Spring Break. It was in a great and had a fabulous view. Walkable to most everything. The condo was clean and had most things we needed. There was some confusion because in our check in email it stated we needed to bring towels, soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, dish washer soap etc - so we did bring that all to find out we didn’t need to. The pool opened the day we left but was too cold to swim - in the summer I’m sure that’s a great bonus to the reservation.

    There was a work been done in another unit at 8 o’clock in the morning. It was very inconvenient for us pounding for a day straight not relaxing.

    What an incredible place! We were able to watch the Flotilla from the front of the condo without having to go out in the cold windy night. We could see sunrise from the balcony and master bedroom and sunset from the front door. Walking distance to everything and awesome security on sight. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

    Great condo, nicer than expected. Beautifully done in a great location. The ocean is blue in Wrightsville and very pretty from the deck, beach and condo. Had an issue with the dishwasher and Bryant Realty had service person there in less than 30 minutes. However, it was the latch on the dishwasher and a repeated problem. It needs to just be fixed. We had to use a tool to start it after being shown how. I'm still rating the condo 5 stars, but that shouldn't keep happening.
