**Roof Replacement will begin approximately May 4th and continue for 90 days depending on weather. Work hours will be from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. If hurricane season impacts or significant weather delays, the schedule may extend to Monday through Sunday.

There will be approximately 12–16 crew members on-site, and they will be using the center elevator to access the roof. The primary construction staging area will be located in the West Parking Lot, which maylimit parking spaces.

Please be aware that the penthouse units will be the most affected during this project. The initial phase of work will involve the removal of existing roofing materials, which will generate sawing and scraping noise from 7:00 AM to approximately noon. After that, crews will focus on drying in the exposed areas, which is significantly quieter and will typically take place from noon until 7:00 PM.**

Upon entering the condo, the Kitchen/Dining Area will be on your left and the Living Area/Balcony will be straight ahead. The Living Area has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen HDTV, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The master bedroom has an HDTV and a King size bed. The Master Bathroom has a large vanity area, walk in Shower, and a spacious soaking tub. Both Guest Bedrooms offer Queen sized beds. The guest bathrooms come with a bathtub/shower combination.

The balcony offers a spectacular view of the beach and Emerald Green water. There is a two-lane road to cross that has a cross walk and is not an outlet. The walk to the beach takes 1 to 2 minutes and FREE SEASONAL BEACH SERVICE is included with your stay. Other amenities include a heated pool and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access.
